M&L in repair Cutting circular hole dia of 200 mm of depth 50mm to 200 in bitumen / concrete surfaces and Drilling holes of 25mm dia 2 Nos to a depth of 100 to 150mm in concrete surfaces, cleaning the holes & inserting the Wuerth PE 500 (Pure Epoxy) and fixing 18mm dia Carbon steel rods of 8.8 Grade with 'U' shape and attaching the Accessory Forged Ring anchorage projecting up to 50mm to 200 mm to be flush with Micro-concreting to close the extra Hole Moring Ring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L milling the bituminous pavement surfaces upto a depth of 30 mm using milling machine to make a uniform surface without disturbing the base and cleaning the milled surface including cost of all labour charges and hire charges of machineries etc complete including stacking the milled material on the side of road/where directed including all leads & lift complete all as specified and as directed. Note : After milling, the loose portion shall be filled with Bituminous Mecadem.

M&L for Premix bituminous macadam with viscocity grade paving bitumen (VG-30), at minimum 4% by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 50mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with cationic bitumen (RS-1) @ 2.5Kg/10 Sqm for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing black top surface surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for remoing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous prime at 10kg per 10 sq metre including applying bituminous premix dense asphaltic concrete (DAC), 30mm consolidated thickeness with minimum 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen (VG-30 grade ) by hot mix process and laid by mechanical paver,rolled with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note : No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used / approved in execution of work under this item on plus side. However price adjustment shall be made for less quantity of binder content.

Repair of Dummy joints : Racking out of old existing sealant compound and back up rod of the existing joints by special tools like cutting blades/machines, widening of joints by 2 mm by using joint cutting blades of appropriate size straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegetation and other debris Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before pacing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. There after filled with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8 mm dia for complete length of the joint, over it to be filled with polyurethane joint sealant meeting the requirements mentioned in BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875- 2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of+!- 30%. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position and disposed off to a distance exc. 500 mtrs and not exc.1.50 km complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing old paint by paint removers or burning of by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats, any width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing bitumious surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like n.exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers' instructions complete all as specified and as directed.
