Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square / rectangular) polished, light shade, area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over a 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

All as per serial item No 4 hereinbefore but on skirting / vertical surfaces laid over and including 10mm rendering in cement mortar 1:4, compelte all as specified and directed

Taking down chowkats or frame not exc. 1.5 Sqm with shutters, without taking off shutters from the frame, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including the use of forms or moulds with plain faces complete all as specified and directed. (Cement concrete item shall be reinforced, where ordered. Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately).

Hard core of gauge of broken stone or boulders, not exc 63mm , deposited spread and lavelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered & rammed to a true surface ,complete all as specified.

Reinforced cement concrete type A-1, 1:1½:3 (nominal mix, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in beams, cantileers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 metre span and the like complete all as specified and directed (reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately).
