Description and specification of item of work to be executed

(Item A-1) Providing and fixing in position of MS grill fencing as per design and drawing using M.S. angle frame 50x50x6mm, 12mm square basr 100mm c/c and flate 50x6mm with holdfast and fitting complete including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide.

(item A-2) Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead.

(Item A-3) 20mm thick plaster on internal surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joint, curing etc complete fine finish.

(Item A-4) Supply and fixing 100mm thick marble pan Dasa stone in coping with making pan patti decorative design on both side edge as per old pattern including fixing and pointing with 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade jointed each other with stainless steel dowel pins etc complete.

(Item B-3) Providing and fixing in position of MS gate at desired location as per design and drawing using 150mm x 6mm hollow tube posts, MS angle of 75x75x6mm all round and flat iron of section 80 x 6 mm as per direction of Engineer incharge including fabrication and installation complete in position including a coat of steel preimer complete . Cost to also include cost of hinges/pivots for necessary fixing.

(Item 35) Provision for removal of heavy and big size marble stone pavement from existing pathway including removal of vegetation roots and making surface clean and stacking at proper place for re-use and disposal of malba/debries with 250mtr lead.

(Item 36) Resetting the heavy and big size marble stone pavement with 70% old and 30% new stone in 1:4 cement mortar (1 Lime : 1 surkhi : 1 C sand) including curing etc complete.

(Item D-1) Providing & layng cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 C sand : 6 stone Agg 20mm nominal size) including curing, compaction etc complete in foundation.

(Item D-2) Provision for pointing on existing pathway with 1:3 white cement mortar (1 white cement : 3 marble dust) including racking cleaning and washing out the joints etc complete.

(Additional Item) Taking out & lowering down existing bulged decayed & dislodged, out of plump stone water channel very carefully and stacking at a suitable place for reuse lead 200mtr etc complete.

(Additional Item) Resetting of existing stone water channel in 1:2 cement mortar (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) with required inter locking joints and fixed in SS dowel to gat more strength including 200 mtr lead of material etc complete.

(Additional Item) Providing and fixing new stone water channel in 1:2 cement mortar (1 cement 2C sand) with required inter locking joints and fixed in SS dowel to gat more strength including 200mtr lead of material etc complete.
