Excavation in foundations and trenches (for pipes and pits) upto all depths etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work , saturated soil chiseling or wedging out of rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade including shoring strutting, planking timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking usable and unusable material/soil separately and after laying jointing and testing of pipes, returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unusable material as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of unmetaled/ mattelled / paved surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion of traffic, night signal boards, fixing, caution, boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. compete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. In all kind of soil.
Laying/ jointing and trenches (to level or grade) GMS pipe with 5% joint as flanged joint & remaining 95% butt welded of below mentioned diameter conforming to IS 1239-2001 (latest upto date amendments) of grade and wall thickness as specified, suitable to withstand required hydraulic test pressure including fixing of required number of MS nuts & bolts as per IS1369-1967 & compressed asbestos fiber jointing gaskets sheet not less than 300mm in thickness as per IS 2712-1998 complete in all respects to the entire satification of Engneer in charge. the laying of pipe shall conform to IS 5822-1994 ass well as CPHEEO manual and will include all operation such as jointing including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer charge including entire carriage of materials in all lifts and leads. (The earth work in treches, flanged joints and butt welded joints shall be measured and paid for separately)
GMS Pipe 100 mm dia (Medium Class) Booster stage
Providing, Laying, jointing and testing of GMSERW Pipe L-415 (X-60) bevelled edged conforming to ISO:3183-2012 of following mentoned grade, diameter and wall thickness in trenches having random lengths of 5-7 mtrs including cost of fabrication of minimum 3 cut bends of required degree. The pipe shall have inside & out side Galvanisation at manufacturer work conforming to IS:4736-1986 (with upto date ammendments). The pipe shall be jointed with circumferencial butt welded joints by electric arc welding with minimum three layers of welds so as to achive the minimum effective thorat thickness and strength of welds conforming to IS: 816-1969 sepecification, by using welding electrodes of 2.50 mm to 6.30 mm of Advani Oerlikon (Ador)- CITOJET / Esab make, conforming to IS:814-1991, at site of work complete in all respects. Each butt welded joint shall be tested with dye-penetration test ( with the kit consisting of 3 sprays of 250 ML each includes (a) Cleaner CL-96 (b) Penetrant PT-97 (c) Developer Div-98 of checkmate make) complete in all respects, including manual / mechanical handling of pipes in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-charge. (The earth work in treches, flanged joints and butt welded joints shall be measured and paid for separately)

The welding of flanges should conform to IS 816-1969 with electrodes as per IS: 814-1991 and required number of nuts and bolts conforming to IS 1364. the thickness of gasket not less than 3.00 mm conforming to IS 2712-1998. The work shall be done as per entire satisfaction of engineer in charge within all leads and lifts.

P/L G.I./MSERW pipe considering site requirements and having appropriate size in accordance with the delivery size of pumping set . The pipe shall conform to relevant BIS codes & capable of with standing the feild test pressure equal to 1.5 times the operating pressure including all type of fittings such as bends, tapers/ reducers, flanges, rubber gaskets 3mmthick, nuts & bolts and any other fitting required at site and work shall be to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The pipe material shall conform to relevant BIS Code and capable of with standing FTP equal to 1.5 times the operating pressure the complete arrangement shall compromise of
a) Suction Pipe to be specified by the Tenderer
b) Delivery pipe to be specified by the Tenderer

6 mm thick cement plaster to ceiling in C.M.1:3 (1Cement,3 sand) with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of stone /brick masonry walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, in all girth chamfers and / or rounded angles and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand) complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
20mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of stone /brick masonry walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, in all girth chamfers and / or rounded angles and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand) complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing MS grills of required pattern in wooden frames of window etc with M.S flat square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screw with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and Fixing wire gauge shutters using GMS wire guage of IS gauge designation 85 G with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors, windows & clerestory windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws.2nd class deodar wood as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Constructing coursed rubble hammer dressed "U" shape open surface drain with side wall 15 X 22 cm in cementy mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement, 6 sand ) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement, 3 sand ) i/c earth work and laying 10 cms cement concrete in 1:5;10 ( 1 cement,5 sand,10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) and 7.5 cms cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement,2 sand,4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) and finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing 40x3mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm dia meters bolts and nuts and wooden plug and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6(1cement:3sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).
Providing and fixing M.S.fan clamp (Type-I)of 16mm dia M.S. including bend upto shape with broken end in RCC. Slab door painting the exposed position of trap all as per standard design complete in all leads and lifts.
White washing with lime on undecorated walls surface (two coats)to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface dirt dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter in all leads and lifts. Extra over item for white washing with lime on ceiling and or sloping roofs as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacturer ( Two Coats ) and of required shade on un-decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including priming coat of whiting after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar and other foreign matters with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.
Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture & of required shade on decorated wall surfces (two coats) to given an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powered materials as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floors etc. upto 200mm in thickness as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Boulder/stone filling dry hand packed tightly compelete under lean concrete to prevent the entry of surface water with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement:3sand:6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including finishing of the top surface of concrete smooth in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
