Note :- Unit rate quoted deemed to include to keep the installation neat and clean through out the period of contract and each cleaning will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Cutting and trimming of tree branches 3 mtr all around of any size obstructing lumination of street light touching LT/HT Over head line including removing trimmed tree branches all as directed.

M & L for servicing of 11KV VCB/bus coupler at various sub stations of Hansa, dismantling, cleaning, greasing the complete VCB with attached relays, bus bar etc, insulation testing, setting the contact gap by measuring as required, reassembling the VCB and reinstalling back to its original position checking, repairing the current, circuit panel wiring, relay testing of CT's and provision of minor spares as required complete including operational testing and commissoning complete all as specified and directed. (b) Dismantling the transformer, drain out transformer oil, lift the cover and coil assembly, keep up the assembly in heat oven upto the preparation of inside chambers by cleaning inside, scraping complete all around old parts of the transformer. (c) M & L for two coats of oil resistance painting internal (inside transformer) over a coat of red oxide primer and painting the outer side of the transformer by using spray paint complete with one coat incl preparation of old surfaces complete. (d) Cleaning the core laminations assembly by oil complete, removing the carbon sediments / dust in the coil and core gently without making any damage to coil and core

.(e) Re-assembling all dismantled parts including provision of new gasket, nut, bolts, refilling with transformer oil and transporting back to original location including electric connection testing and commissioning complete. Note for item No 74 :- i). Oil filtration & supply of new oil will be measured and separatelyunder relevent item of this Schedule. All petty parts including nut, bolts, steel / rubber gasket minor weldings are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.iii). The rate for transport and lifting of transformer by crane should be deemed to include in the rate quoted.

M & L in repairs for rewinding of transformer 11 KV / 440 Volts of capacity step down out door / indoor type of 100 KVA to 750 KVA, including dismantling, transport to workshop, opening the body assy, drain out the oil, removing the core coil assembly from transformer remove the weak / burnt out unserviceable HT / LT winding assembly rewinding with correct gauge super enamelled copper wire of suitable class including drying, baking etc complete re-assembling the primary and secondary coil in core, re-assembling the transformer complete refill with transformer oil, installation and commissioning in the existing position complete and all as specified and directed. (Note : Each winding of HV / LV limb side will be measured separately and paid individually)

Supply and fill new silica jel, superior quality in the breather unit of transformer including taking out the old unserviceable one all as directed

Taking out the old HT 11 KV UG serviceable cable of 3 core 95/120 Sq mm from trenches/ floors/ walls and relaying/diversion/jointing the same in the new trenches/new location as directed and connecting all as directed

M & L for painting of HT panel of any description with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of standard colour code over the existing painted surfaces after preparing the old painted surfaces by using spray gun all as directed.

S & F of cubicle type CPRI approved HT feeder piller box factory made, totally enclosed, dust & vermin proof (protection class IP 54), (front opening) with suitable aluminium bus bar of 11 KV capacity proper locking arrangement made of MS angle iron frame size of 40mmx40mmx6mm and CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. of size not less then 0.8x0.8x0.8 Mtr. complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge. The cost of the welding or fixing with existing HT panel and removing the old is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of above item.

Carry out foult finding of 11 KV HT under ground cable of length up to 1.5 KM in case of cable foult such as short circuit/burn out/earth foult etc including carryout necessary hypot test by injection high voltage up to 50 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs cable jointing kit for 11KV grade cable for Straight through joint heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sqmm.
