Supply and installation of suitable size power supply enclosure with having angle iron(25 mm x 25 mm x5 mm) mounting legs of 1.5 meter length and made out of 2 mm thick sheet steel double door with locking arrangement, canopy, duly powder coated/ epoxy painted, suitable coupling to provide frangibility to the panel and having following accessories, earthing bolt (both side) including necessary foundation and mountings as per site condition and as per direction by Engg In Charge. (a) 63 Amps,10 KA,C-Series, TPN MCB -02 No. ( Incomer ) (b) 20 Amps,10 KA,C-Series, DP MCB -01 No. (c) 10 Amps,10 KA,C-Series, DP MCB -01 No. (Outgoing ) (d) 6 Amps,10 KA,C-Series, DP MCB -03 No. (Outgoing ) (e) Power Distribution board with 05 nos of 5 Amps 3 Pin Sockets-01 no. (f) Airtight Cable Glands-04 nos (g) Separate Cabinet for installation of 2KVA UPS-01 no (h) Rain Canopy (i) 5 to 9 watt LED lamp which automatically switch on by opening door of this enclosure.

Supply of 4CX35 sqmm 1.1 kv grade, XLPE insulated and PVC inner sheathed Aluminum conductor armored power cable conforming to IS: 7098(Part 1)1988/ IS: 7098 (Part 1) with up to date amendments etc. complete as required.

Supply of PE-100,PN-8 OD 63mm ISI marked, HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket,bend, couplers etc. with up to date amendments as per site condition as per direction and approved by Engg In Charge.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe/HDPE pipe as required. (Upto 35 sq. mm)

Laying of 63mm dia. HDPE/GI pipe in the soil / ground at Minimum Depth of 75 cms including excavation and refilling the trench, consolidation and making good the surface etc. complete as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs of size 4X 35 sq. mm (28mm) for PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.
