Notes for serial item Nos. 01 to 8: (a) Entire work done against items shall be measured as one unit (b) Cost of GI fittings viz. nipple, unions, ferrule, elbows, tee, sockets, tail piece, straights, bends, increasing / decreasing tapering ends or double socket fittings, etc. and pipe upto 1 mtr length as used in repair against the item and excavation / earthwork, PCC work have supposed to be included in respective items. (c) only cost of CI special will be measured separately undre relevent items as below. (d) Breakdown / fault will be communicated over any means viz. phone / whatsapp /sms / email / complaint slip, etc. and the fault has to be attended within 3hrs of intimation and work shall be done on high priority to restore services. Failure to attend such complaints / faults within 3hours a recovery @Rs 300/hour will be imposed. Such recoveries shall be implemented immediately on subsequent RAR.

Supply and fixing in replacement Gun metal Gate valve, screwed both ends for iron pipe of 20 mm bore ISI marked. all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Gun metal Gate valve, screwed both ends for iron pipe of 25 mm bore ISI marked. all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Gun metal Gate valve, screwed both ends for iron pipe of 40 mm bore ISI marked. all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement Gun metal gate valve, screwed both ends for iron pipe of 50 mm bore ISI marked. all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches for foundation, laying of pipes n.exc 1.5m width and n.exc 1.5m in depth for laying of under ground pipes line and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated surplus materials to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling and tapping (15mm to 25mm dia) in existing 150mm/100mm/80mm bore GI/CI pipe line for taking branch connections including providing brass ferule (15mm to 25mm dia) & required fitting (excavation and earth work will be measured & paid for separetly) complete all as specified and directed.

Burning out old leaking lead joints in position and removing old lead for 80mm bore CI pipe/ fittings and keeping aside for further disposal (earth work shall be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for run lead joint including all jointing material such as lead, spun yarn etc for 80mm bore cast iron spigot & socketed pipe & fittings. (Exc earth work will be measured & paid separetely)

Supplying, laying, jointing & testing galvanised steel tubing 15 mm bore medium grade with screwed joint together with all fitting such as bends, elbows,tees,short pieces and union etc laid in trenches including taking out old unserviceable,cracked steel tubing including all fittings complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of shedule 'A'.

Supplying, laying, jointing & testing MS pipes with flanged ends centrifugally cast class 'LA' in any length of dia 150mm bore all as specified and directed. Note: Rate includes cutting, welding, flanged,nut, bolts, washers etc as per site requirement).

Supplying, laying, jointing & testing MS pipes with flanged ends centrifugally cast class 'LA' in any length of dia 200mm bore all as specified and directed. Note: Rate includes cutting, welding, flanged,nut, bolts, washers etc as per site requirement).

Material and labour for Cast iron fitting for CI spigot socketed/ flanged pipe bend (any type radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bends increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tee pieces, single branch 'Y' junction double branch cross (all socket or socket spigot or flanged) collars, cap and plugs upto 150 mm bore connection pieces one end flanged and other socket or spigot and bell mouth piece one end flanged and other end tapering as bell mouth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement stainless steel spindle alongwith wedge nut suitable for cast iron sluice valve 150 mm dia of any make as existing alongwith taking out old spindle all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Rubber gasket joint 3 mm thick with 4/6 hole for flanged joint 80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
