NOTE : The item spare parts oil to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate, including decaning of old oil.

Material and labour for replacement of old unserviceable breather of power transformer 66 KV / 11 KV of capacity 5000 / 8000 KVA (capacity 5 Kg) with fresh silica jel complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of old unserviceable breather complete with silica gel suitable for out door type step down power transformer up to 100 KVA to 250 KVA all as specified and directed.

Servicing of existing fire extinguisher and refilling of dry type fire extinguisher ever safe ABC stored pressure type with pressure 24 bar (27 degree centigrade) and working pressure 12 bar at (27 degree centigrade) with capacity of 2 Kgs to 50 Kgs capacity cylinders with providing the testing certificate complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of 75 Kg ABC higher capacity trolley mounted dry chemical powder type fire extinguisher (with CO2 & Powder) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Calibration of Relays through secondary injection method and testing complete relays like IDMT relays instantaneous earth fault relays on HT OCB panel/VCB panel control SF6 breaker panel and control relay panel etc submitting reports all as directed by Engr-in -charge. NOTE : (i) Quarterly checking and calibration of all relays fixed in VCB, OCB, SF6 breaker for smooth functioning included in the scope of work. (ii) During quarterly checking all tripping/setting to be ensured for proper functioning of relay/breaker (iii) Submitting complete testing reports by the Contractor.

Supply and topping up of new transformer oil conforming to IS 335-1963 as amended duly filtered and tested to with stand die electric strength of 60 KV for one minute with air gap 2.5mm of HT transformer, OCB's, CT's, PT's, MOCB's etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for filtration of transformer oil of transformer including OLTC through high vacuum type filtration plant to extract moisture, carbon deposits, to achieve and withstand 80 KV die electric strength for 1 min with an air gap of 2.5mm including necessary testing before, after filtration, submission of test result, complete all as specified and as directed for 5 MVA - 03 Nos and 8 MVA - 01 No and 11 / 0.433 KV transformer of 250 KVA - 01 No and 100 KVA - 01 No including providing the Testing Certificate all as directed. NOTE :- (a) The contractor will take shut down orders working before commencement of the work from Engineer-in-Charge (b) The contractor shall ensure no wastage of existing transformer oil. (c) The contractor solely responsible for any damages to the transformer / HT OCB during the process of oil filtration. He is responsible for making good any damage to the transformer / HT OCB at his own cost without any extra cost to the department. (d) The contractor shall ensure that the conservator tank are full to its level before starting the dehydration. (e) Di-electric strength of oil after filtration / dehydration shall not be less than 60 KV/min. (f) The contractor shall be ensure/arrested leakage if found any area of transformer and OLTC tank. (g) The di-electric strength of oil shall be tested before and after filtration and test results shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge.
