Taking down old unserviceable MS pipes and supply, lay, welding & testing 65mm bore Insulated Chilled Water MS pipes of C Class heavy grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to wall & ceillings with suitable size GI clamps insulated with Class O Nitrile rubber slab 32 mm thick with and including applying compound & GI cladding with 26 gauge GI sheet complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable MS pipes and supply, lay, welding & testing 80mm bore Insulated Chilled Water MS pipes of C Class heavy grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to wall & ceillings with suitable size GI clamps insulated with Class O Nitrile rubber slab 32 mm thick with and including applying compound & GI cladding with 26 gauge GI sheet complete all as specified & as directed.

Material & Labour for Insulation of MS pipe of size 65 mm bore with PUF slab 40mm thick with and including applying bituminous compound and Damper sheet of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-charge. Note: RCC slabs shall be removed by contractor and then refixing the same without damage after completion of the work as directed by Engr-in-charge and quoted rate shall deemed to be included the item.

Supply and fixing 65mm bore CI Butter fly valve (ISI Marked) slim seal design with nitrile rubber lined seal with clutch lever (P16) conforming to IS 13095 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 80mm bore CI Butter fly valve (ISI Marked) slim seal design with nitrile rubber lined seal with clutch lever (P16) conforming to IS 13095 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 100mm bore CI Butter fly valve (ISI Marked) slim seal design with nitrile rubber lined seal with clutch lever (P16) conforming to IS 13095 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & errecting factory fabricated rectangular / square duct made out of 24 gauge GI sheet in L shaped hollow profile including all accessories such as corner, carraige bolt hangers, gasket & seal the longitudinal joints with and including approved sealent complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old rectangular square duct including insulation, wire net & all connected accessories and making good disturbed surfaces as per existing complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down old unserviceable/deteriorated Nitrille rubber class O insulation of one layer of 19mm thickness sticked on surface by using approved adhesive complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Nitrile Rubber insulation of one layer of 19mm thickness sticking on surface by using approved adhesive & sealing the joints by weather proof tape complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old unserviceable AHU Electric panels and Supply, installation, Testing & commissioning of AHU cubical type indoor mounting panel, factory fabricated, powder coated. Modular compartmentalized with IP 42 protection, dead front dust & vermin proof, wall mounting made out of 2mm thick MS sheet LT Panel steel clad switchboard suitable for use at 415 Volts, 3 phase 4 wire 50 cycle system comprising the following: Note - i) The quoted rate shall include DPR operated Variable speed arrangement (V.F.D) in weather proof enclosure complete with incoming electrical isolator for supply & fix exhaust air fan to allow for constant air volume delivery at all filter pressure drop conditions including pressure drop sensors with alarm system. ii) The quoted rate shall also includes incomer electrical isolator and further distribution including suitable size cable, VFDs, starters, By Pass Starter for VFD etc as required and as described above.The static should be verified as per site. All the cable should be laid on perforated/ladder type GI tray. iii) Contractor shall submit the Electric panel drawing after visiting the site for approval of AGE(I).
