M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor etc. finished rough surface without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for Form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, cantilevers, shelves, chajjas incl supports, overhang for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M&L polymer modified cement bonding coat, prepared and applied on the concrete/masonry surface with 1 part of Sika latex with 4 part of water and 6 part of cement by weight. Coverage Sika latex 0.25 kg/sqm for one coat at all heights levels. Adhesive bond strength not less than 2.5 MPa. (Make :- Sika/BASE Fosroc/Dr Sunanda) including chipping of the loose concrete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in hard standing, paths, floor etc. finished rough surface without using extra cement complete all as specified.

S&F glass dividing strips 3mm thick and 38mm wide inserted in position.

M&L for laying Micro-concrete cement based pre packed single component, chloride free, sulphate free, non shrink, free flow, self compacting, ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion of approved quality. The unit rate shall include the cost of form work for providing micro concrete patch repair as required at site with steel jack system and steel props to support the form work in this application of high strength, dual shrinkage, compensated, micro concrete for placing in nominal thickness of 50 mm to 150 mm for concrete repair. Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surface incl racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete including removal of rubbish off the premises all as specified.

M&L for premix/ready-mix plaster 15mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces of walls, chajja, balconies, beams , columns, manholes etc and similar work in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement over a coat of UltraTech seal and dry 5 plush as bonding agent including necessary scaffolding, form work, safety precaution up to multi storey of bldgs. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Material & Labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over on Old surfaces of external walls / ceiling surfaces after preparation of surface all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore GI tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S/F GI tubing ,medium grade, galvanised with all fittings fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors/walls, roofs etc for 15mm bore pipe concealed / open.

M&L rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge such as steps, cooking platforms and other similar situations complete all as specified.

M&L for rebuilding the section of structural damaged spalled concrete or RCC elements to its original size or as per recommendations by engineer-in-charge in thickness up to 40mm in layers of 20 mm each of average thickness 30mm by providing and applying with pre-batched, one component fiber reinforced cementitious polymer modified mortar having compressive strength >= 50 N/mm2 (28 days) according to ASTM C 109; flexural strength >= 5N/ mm2 (7 days) according to ASTM C 293-79 all as specified & directed .

M&L for black or any coloured granite (of any type) work 18-20 mm thick table rubbed and polished as in platform, face lifting of lift area and like , machine cut laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry and incl pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade including cutting, rounding edges and polishing complete.

All as per item No 92 above but as in vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting laid over and including rendering premix/ready-mix plaster 10 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces of ceiling, chajaas, columns, beams and similar work in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement over a coat of UltraTech seal and dry 5 plush as bonding agent jointed with grey cement slurry and incl pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade including cutting and polishing complete.

Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC columns, beams, slabs, chajjas, parapets, railing, and the like as directed without disturbing the core of RCC member, roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry, including application of rust removal cum passivator painted with brush to the rusted reinforcement (and removing rust with flex after 24 hours of application of rust remover with the help of wire brush, sand paper) and also applying zinc anti-rust agent as per manufactures method of application to re bar corrosion protection system to reinforcement surface of steel reinforcement after that applying polymer modified cementious bonding coat, prepared and applied on the concrete surface with 1 part of sika latex or equivalent in Forsoc/BASF/Dr Sunanda with 4 part of water and 6 part of cement by weight, coverage of sika latex shall not be more than 0.25 Kg/Sqm for one coat. Adhesive bond strength not less that 2.5 mpa, After this, providing 40mm (average thickness) guniting mix @ pressure 2.2 to 2.5 kg per sqcm with anti corrosion admixture (using 1 part of ordinary Portland cement 43grade and 2part of Ghaggar sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as per manufacturer instruction and as directed) including stripping floating with wooden strippers for proper dimension control necessary, formwork and scaffolding, complete surface of guniting to be finished fair with 10mm thick plaster in Cement Mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound as per manufacture instructions cleaning and removing of waste material etc as directed at site. (All services and work incl internal and external surfaces and members including necessary scaffolding, framed, safety precautions of up to six storey buildings and narrow toilet shaft.

S&F welded steel wire fabric, n.exc. 4 Kg weight per sqm, cut to length bent to shape required and fixing with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.90 mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples or welding supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members.

Providing and fixing rebar of required length & diameter with Sika anchor fix R-3+/Mungo/Fischer FISV 390/Hilti RE-500 Epoxy resign where ever required in RCC members including power drilling, cleaning of holes then rebar shall be inserted in holes that shall be fixed with epoxy to ensure the bond as per manufacturers recommendation complete as per site requirement and direction of Engineer-in-Charge of 100 mm deep(minimum), 16 mm dia hole suitable for inserting 12 mm dia reinforcement bars.

Providing and fixing rebar of required length & diameter with Sika anchor fix R-3+/Mungo/Fischer FISV 390/Hilti RE-500 Epoxy resign where ever required in RCC members including power drilling, cleaning of holes then rebar shall be inserted in holes that shall be fixed with epoxy to ensure the bond as per manufacturers recommendation complete as per site requirement and direction of Engineer-in-Charge of 100 mm deep(Minimum), 12 mm dia hole suitable for inserting 08 mm dia reinforcement bars.

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for Endura chequered tiles of approved colour and design 10 to 12mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in paths, floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.(Make- Johnson Endura tiles)

M&L for providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Non-combustible as per BS 476 (part 4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 15x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. Galvanized iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. With Fully perforated 10 mm Thick Square edged GRG false ceiling tiles.

Dismantling roof sheets /A.C/Fibre sheet corrugated or semi corrugated sheet in roof coverings.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

M&L for Providing & injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti-termite treatment along external wall below conc or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 ltrs per linear meter incl drilling and plugging holes etc in apron.

M&L for Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ 1 Ltrs per hole, 300 mm apart incl drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 to match the existing floors.

Taking down carefully old point wiring (Light / Fan/ Socket) with aluminium/ copper conductor cable complete including fittings such as ceiling rose, holders, regulators, bell, switch ,socket, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators etc from existing concealed conduits/surface conduits and making good the disturbed surface of wall/ floor complete to match with the existing surface/finishes all as specified.

M&L for Point wiring with 1.5 sqmm, single core ,PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS cable, 1100 volts grade, IS -694 marked, with multi stranded copper conductor and earth continuity copper conductor cable of same size as in phase/neutral and connected to common earth dolly drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit of suitable size alongwith fittings and accessories, fixed /laid/concealed in walls/ceilings including cutting chases and making good to walls, floors and also incl suitable modular bottom sunk type procced steel terminal box and suitable modular top cover with frame of suitable modules all as directed by Engr-in- charge for the following :-

(a) One light/fan point controlled by one, one way switch.

(b) One three pin socket outlet 5 Amp controlled by one, one way switch on same board

(c) One three pin socket outlet 5 Amp controlled by one, one way switch on independent board

M&L for Point wiring with 2.5 sqmm, single core ,PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS cable, 1100 volts grade, IS -694 marked, with multi stranded copper conductor and earth continuity copper conductor cable of 1.5 sqmm connected to common earth dolly drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit of suitable size alongwith fittings and accessories, fixed /laid/concealed in walls/ceilings including cutting chases and making good to walls, floors etc, and also incl suitable modular bottom sunk type procced steel terminal box and suitable modular top cover with frame of suitable modules all as directed by Engr-in- charge independent board. Note: Earth to be connected to common earth dolly.

Supply and in switch modular 6 Amps 1 module 230 Volts one way.

Supply and fix modular switch 1 way 16 Amps 1 module 230 Volts.

Supply and fix modular socket , 6 Amp 2/3 pin combined 230 Volts.

S &F LED lights fitting 1x 120 W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable submain wiring with aluminium/ copper conductor cable complete including fittings and accessories all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement sub main wiring with two runs PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS stranded copper conductor cable of size 4 Sqmm alongwith one run of PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm as earth wire connected to earth dolly fixed on surface of wall/ceiling/in existing concealed conduits, including cutting chases and making good to walls, floors etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Two run of 4sqmm copper conductor cable, one run of 2.5 sqmm copper cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

Supply and fix MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps to 10 KA rupturing capacity, IS-8828 marked.

S&F MCB DBs single pole with neutral sheet metal enclosures double door type, 240 Volts, with 200 amp rated bus bar of suitable size plate and common neutral link all enclosed in standard steel sheet flush mounting type factory fabricated complete with out MCB and with enclosures blank plate for unused way suitable for 8 way. including cutting chases and making good to walls.

S&F MCB SPN 240 Volt of capacity 32 to 60 Amp rating, "B" Series complete all as directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosure 2-in-1 3 pin metallic socket and plug top with plug socket and MCB 20 Amp

Supply and fix ceiling fans, complete with three blade, down rod, accessories 230V, 1200mm sweep, with Squirrel cage induction motor. etc complete and necessary electrical connection from ceiling rose to fan connecter all as directed by Engr-in Charge.
