Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of floor mounted, free standing, dust and vermin proof, cubicle type, M.V. distribution panel made out of 2mm CRCA sheet for load bearing members, 3mm sheet for gland plates and 1.6mm sheet for panel body and non-load bearing portions comprising of the following electrical accessories, Bus bars, indicators and control fuses etc. suitable for operation on 415 volts, 50 Hz AC supply with detachable gland plates at top & bottom for incoming and outgoing cable entries, lifting hooks, ventilation louvers at both sides, 4 pole stud connectors of suitable ratings, suitable size base channel of MS Channel /Angle iron i/c interconnections with suitable size copper/Aluminium strip/ multi strand PVC insulated FRLS flexible copper conductor cable , powder painting after seven tank process treatment, sign writing with suitable engraved white on black nameplates, providing GI earth studs at both bottom sides of the panel & interconnection with 20mmX3mm copper strips running along the perimeter of the panel as per the approved drawing and direction of the Engineer in charge etc. complete as required. (The panel shall be fabricated and assembled by the CPRI approved panel Manufacturer. The drawing shall be got approved from the competent authority of BSNL before construction). CONTROL WIRINGS AND INTERLOCKINGS: Two nos Incomers MCCBs and Bus coupler MCCB are to be Electrically and Mechanically interlocked so that either two MCCBs can be Switched ON at a time only. The control wiring is to be made with 1.5sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable with suitable control fuses.
