SITC of Indoor LED video wall. The pixel pitch of the video wall shall be 1.50 mm or lower, suitable for flat wall installation, with size of 18.894 × 10.626 feet or higher, cabinet dimension: 600×337.5×39.75 mm where a 1.5% deviation is allowed to match the resolution. The system shall be wall-type with a required video wall Resolution of 3840 × 2160 or higher. It shall use COB RGB pixel configuration comprising 1 Red, 1 Green, and 1 Blue LED. The brightness shall be greater than 600 nits with a 16-bit depth and a contrast ratio of 5000:1. The viewing angle shall be 160 degrees both horizontally and vertically. The frame rate shall be 60 Hz or above, with an LED refresh rate of 3840 Hz or higher. The LED lifespan shall be 100,000 hours with a 24×7 runtime duty cycle. The operating temperature range shall be zero to 40 degrees plus. The IP rating shall be IP30 for both front and back. The line voltage requirement shall be 230 Volts AC at 50 Hz. Signal transmission shall be through CAT, fiber cable, or proprietary cable, with maximum power consumption of 347 W/㎡ or less.Maintenance shall support front swap features with auto color calibration. All accessories including cables, connectors, and racks shall be provided. Certifications required include CE, FCC, UL, and BIS, and the model shall be listed on the global website of the OEM. One full spare cabinet shall be supplied. The LED controller shall be from the same OEM and shall support control ports including RJ-45, RS-232, and USB. Video input types shall include HDMI 2.0 (with HDCP 2.2) × 2 and DisplayPort × 1. Outputs shall include RJ45 and fiber optics with 4K resolution output via HDBaseT or fiber, along with required signal and power cables. The system shall be HDCP compliant with a minimum 1 Gigabit LAN Ethernet port. A signage player shall be included, and certifications required for the signage player include BIS, CE, FCC, and ROHS.

Supply of LED video wall controller. The system shall support signal input through DVI and HDMI with signal output via RJ45 and shall operate on an input voltage of 100–240 VAC. Video support shall include at least MPEG-4 and MOV formats, while image formats supported shall include JPEG, PNG, and BMP. Text support shall allow multiple fonts, speeds, and colors, and internet-based content shall support HTML and RSS newsfeeds. The content manager shall be capable of creating playlists and sending them over the network to one or more media players for playout based on scheduling and sequencing, with simplified user interface design for content management. The solution shall be a complete system comprising an indoor LED display, LED control, media player, and PDU system. Remote control from a remote location over IP shall be supported, and a cooling unit shall be provided as an optional feature. The system shall include an AC-cooled PDU (Power Distribution Unit) and a media player. The media player shall form part of a digital signage solution ideal for creating dynamic visual displays for corporate or public spaces, allowing digital signage content to incorporate media files, rich text, web pages, and social media in fully customizable configurations for various environments. The digital signage solution shall provide the convenience of updating content via DS Studio and DS Cloud, featuring a drag-and-drop method for customized layout and highly intuitive playlist editing, making it easy to use even for non-technical staff. The operating system of the media player shall be Android 11, supporting display resolutions of 3840 × 2160 (16:9, UHD 4K at 60 fps), 1920 × 1080 (16:9, 1080p at 60 fps), and 1280 × 720 (16:9, 720p at 60 fps). Storage shall include 32 GB internal eMMC flash memory and external storage options such as a microSD card slot (up to 32 GB) and USB Type-A or Type-C flash drives (up to 32 GB). Supported media formats shall include video formats MP2, MP4, H.264, and VC-1 (WMV) with support up to 4K at 60 fps, audio formats MP3, WMA, and AAC, and other features such as scrolling text with custom visual effects. Input connection ports shall include USB 2.0 Type-A (×1), USB 3.0 Type-A (×1), USB Type-C (×1), microSD slot, RS-232 (3.5 mm), power input (5V/2A), and GPIO ports including 3.3V ×1, GND ×1, and GPIO ×4.
