Surface dressing not exc 15cm deep in hard and dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil each n exc 0.5 Cu m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earthor broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surface all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded coarse stone aggregate) in foundations,filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel work as in tubular trusses i.e. truss bottom, top bend, sides, side supports, holding plates, posts and base plate etc including special shaped washers etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc., not exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 all as specified and as directed.

Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 all as specified and as directed.

Expanded metal, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples complete to wood or steel members all as specified and as directed.

Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

RCC (Design Mix M-30) Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Hard core of guage exc 63mm but not exc 100mm, with broken stone or bolders deposited,spread and levelled and watered and rolled/rammded to true surface all as specified and as directed.

Plain Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base 75mm thick all as specified and as directed.

Plain Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finishes, 50mm thick all as specified and as directed.

Forming Constraction Joint 150mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade B all as specified and as directed.

Two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including preparation on steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as dircted.
