Earth work excavation for open cutting in all kinds of soils and sub soils to full depth as directed by the departmental officers except hard rock inclusive of shoring strutting and balling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth with in the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead of 10 meters and initial lift of 2 meters including cost of all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification 23 & 24 VI (S2) VII.9,10

Plain Cement concrete in 1:4:8 [one cement and four sand and eight aggregate] using 40 mm size ISS grade machine crushed chips including the cost of mixinglaying curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel Reinforcement using Mild steel or Ribbed tor steel rods, for all RCC works as per the design given by the departmental officers including cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges for cutting, bending, tying and placing in position etc, complete as per SS.

Reinforced cement concrete in 1:1 1/2:3 [one cement and two sand and four the aggregate] using 20 mm size IRC grade machine crushed chips and excludingcost of reinforcement and centering works and including the cost of mixing,laying , curing ,and etc.,complete complying with standard specification .

Supplying and Erecting Steel Centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29 m height for plane surfaces such as RCC Slabs, Rectangular Beams, TEE or ELL Beams, Lintels, Bed blocks, Staircase waist and Landing slabs, Landing Beams, canopy etc., with all cross brasings using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm and 10 gauge stiffened with welded MS angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cmx6.5 cm spaced at about 90cm c/c and supported by causrina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specification and as Directed. (Without strutting)

Brick work In CM 1:5 mix using best country bricks of size 22cm x 11cm x 7cm having 350kg/cm2 compressive strength and 15% or less water absorbentin the period of 24hours immersement and confirming to ISI specifications.and using the screened sand and all the materials should be approved by the competent technical authorities etc complete complying with standard specification--10m3

Plastering in cement mortar 1:3 mix 10mm thick using clean screened sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting for plastering for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc.complete complying with standard specification--10m2

Plastering in cement mortar 1:5 mix 12mm thick using clean screened sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting for plastering for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc.complete complying with standard specification--10m2

Supplying and fixing of 'L' angle frame with GI Sheet for doors and windows and the rate including the cost and conveyance etc.complete complying with standard specification.

PCC 1:2:4 mix using 20mm metal and the rate including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:4 Mix (one Cement, Four sand) 20mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.TNDSS NO: 56, 57

White washing two coats using best shel lime and preparing the surface fit for white washing etc., complete

Distempering two coats using best quality of oil bound distemper etc., complete

Painting Two coats over new Iron works etc., complete complying with standard specification.
