VRV/VRF Out Door units: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of VRV / VRF Outdoor unit of actual capacity shown below @ 43° C ambient and 23 ± 1° C RH≠60% indoor temperature. Cealing Suspended VRF Ducted Indoor units: Supply, nstallation, testing and commissioning of following minimum capacity and external static pressure VRF/VRV ceiling mounted ductable type Indoor unit equipped with washable synthetic media prefilter, fan section with low noise fan/dynamically balanced blower,multi speed motor, coil section with DX copper coil, electronic expansion valve, corded remote control, outer cabinet, vibration isolators , drain pan, other necessary supports etc., suitable for operation on single phase AC supply 230V±10%, 50Hz complete as required. The unit shall have automatic force shutdown provision in case of fire on receiveing signal from BMS System. The cooling capacity of indoor unit will be at air inlet conditions of 27 Degree C DB and 19 Degree C WB temperature. - 5.0TR /1800 CFM -110(minimum 100 pascal external static pressure), Make: Bluestar/ O General /Mitsubishi Electric.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 18G Hard drawn refrigerant liquid piping using eddy current free Copper pipes and fittings like elbows, couplers, tee joints, brass fittings, "U" loops, expansion loops etc. Supports consisting of GI box / "C" sections & female anchor fasteners with full threaded GI rods, insulation of pipes using 13 mm thick upto 19 mm Cu Pipe & 19 mm thick from 19 mm Cu pipe elastomeric closed cell Nitrile Rubber insulation material having class "O" for fire properties , structural clamps with hard PVC pipe sleeves under the clamps to protect insulation at supports, tagging to enable tracing connectivity to respective units as per shop drawings to be generated by contractor and approved by consultant.
