REPAIR OF GI CHARPOY WITH PLY TOP

Taking out U/S ply top from GI charpoy and S&F the following items :- S&F 12mm thick BWR grade plywood on the top of charpoy GI Pipe Make : Kitply/ Greenply, including 6mm round head nuts and bolts 12Nos. L type bracket with holes for fixing plywood made of 35mm x 5mm flat iron, 75mm long made to shape welded in frame for fixing of plywood (04 Nos on each long rail and 02 Nos each on short rail ) 02 Nos stiffener made of 35mm x 6mm flat urib 836 mm long duly making 04 Nos holes complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. All iron items like stiffener & L type bracket should be paint two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of rex oxide primer. 2. The 4 Nos legs shall be painted with aluminium paint superior quality and fixed with hard rubber shoes with steel washer inside after removing the existing wooden block rest all as directions by Engineer-in- Charge.

S&F in replacement of u/s Elbow galvanized iron 32 mm dia 3 ways ISI marked complete all as specified and directed. Note weight of each elbow not less than 450 grams

S&F in replacement of check nut galvanized iron 32 mm dia ISI marked , complete all as specified and directed Note :- weight of each check nut not less than 125 grams

S&F in replacement long rail of 32 mm dia galvanized iron pipe medium grade incl cutting threading at both ends complete all as specified and directed Make- TATA/Jindal

Fixing only in repairs short rail of 32mm dia galvanised GI pipe medium grade including cutting , threading as required for short rail of GI Charpoy complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Short rail shall be converted from long rail retreived vide item No 1.04 above

Fixing only in repairs legs of 32mm dia galvanised GI pipe medium grade including cutting , threading at one end as required for legs as per existing size including S&F 1.6mm thick, 40mm dia MS Sheet base plate welded on another end complete all as specified and directed. Note:- legs shall be converted from short rail retreived vide item No 1.05 above

M&L polishing of sofa set 5 seater (3 Pcs) with high class lekar polish to all exposed surfaces match with existing all as specified and directed.

REPAIR TO CHAIR VERANDAH :- FD/MAP-II/06

Taking out old U/S plastic seat from chair verandah and providing new plastic seat of 4mm thick and weight not less than 1.85 Kg of good quality plastic materials as per drawing No FD/MAP-II/06 Make:- AMKO/COMFO

Taking out old U/S plastic back from chair verandah and providing new plastic back of 4mm thick and weight not less than 1.85 Kg of good quality plastic material as per drawing of FD/MAD-II/06 Make :- AMKO/ COMFO

All broken joints should be welded properly and a 25mm x 3mm thick MS flat should be provided under the seat along its width for addition support of PVC seat of Chair Verandah.

M&L preparation the surfaces of verandah chair and applying two coats of white synthetic enamel paint on all surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of hard rubber shoe black in colour of best quality to legs for chair verandah complete all as specified and directed.

PROVN OF CUSHION FOR SOFA SET 5 SEATER/ COUCH WITH TWO CHAIR Removing of existing U/S cushion from sofa of 4 seater / 5 seater and S&F new foam cushion 100mm thick MaKe:- Sleepwell/ Dunlop or equivalent ISI marked. 40 density duly covered with superior quality tapstry cloth red/ blue colour rate of tapstry cloth not less than Rs. 200/- per Mtr complete all as specified and directed.
