Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of contract value) in the last five years (i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26), as a prime contractor, at least one Similar work such as Construction of Checkdam/Pickup work of value not less than Rs. 60.28 Lakhs.The weightage of 10% will be given per year to bring them to the price level of the FY 2026-27. Executed in any one year, during the last five years (2021-22 to 2025-26) the following minimum quantities of work 1.Earthwork in both excavation and embankment (combined quantities) : 4162.00 Cum 2.Cement concrete (including RCC and PCC ) : 965.00 Cum 3.Supply and Fabrication/Reinforcement steel : 11.00 Tonne 4.Pitching/Revetment: 1037.00 Sqm

Tenderers who meet the specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity (AxNx1.5 - B) Where, A Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26 (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N, Number of years (6 months) prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B, Value, at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 6 months (6/12 (0.50) year i.e. period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited. (B Value, at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works should be upload in KPPP Portal)

Section 3, Qualification Information

Achieved in at least two financial years during the last five years (i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26) a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.241.13 Lakhs.Financial turn over of previous years will be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring to them to the price level of the FY 2026-27.

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 60.78 Lakhs Credit lines or letter of credit or certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc

As per the Govt Ltr No MID /723/MISU/2025 Bangalore dt : 19.09.2025 the cost of work should not exced the grant provided of Rs. 150.00 lakhs for this work hence contractor shall note that, the work will not be awarded over the estimated amount of this work

The contractor shall quote the rates without adding GST either materials or works contract Service.GST payable by the Contractor under this works Contract will be paid to the Contractor separately over and above the Contractor s bid amount. The increase if any in the GST shall not be paid in the extended period of Contract for which the Contractor alone is responsible for delay as determined by the Authority.
