Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. With cement motar 1:4

Scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with in a distance of 60m.

Providing and appling plaster of putty 2mm thickness over plasterd surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade : new work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43@ ltr/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.2 Kg/10Sqm)

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming in IS:2202 (Part-1) non decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or crass band and face veneers on both face of shutters 35 mm thick ISI marked Shainless steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing of wire gauge shutter using stainless steel wire gaue (grade-304) apreture 1.4 mm and 0.5 mm dia wire for doors, windows and clearstory windos 35 mm thick shutters of required size U P Teak wood Second class teak wood

Fly proof Stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with 0.5 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm wide apreture with matching wood beading.

Painting or varnishing on iron work in small areas or new wood workwith one coat of ready mixed priming paint and two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthitic varnish including supply of all materials labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work (Paint to be used should conform to the ISI no. 103-1950)

Providing and fixing soil waste and vent pipes 100 mm dia Sand cast S&S pipe as per IS: 1729

Supply and fixing C.I. cover without frame for manholes, 455x610 mm rectangular C.I. cover (Light Duty) the weight of the cover should not be less than 23 Kg.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipe, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all CPVC plain and brass threaded fitting This includes jointing of pipes and fittingswith one step CPVC solvent cement, threnching, refilling and testing of joints compleate as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
