ANNEXURE-VI for TENDERER'S CREDENTIALS (BID CAPACITY) : As per PART I Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) of IR GCC April-2022, in case, the tenderer/s failed to submit the Annexure-A along with offer, their/his offer shall be considered as incomplete and will be rejected summarily. The available bid capacity of tenderer shall be assessed based on the details submitted by the tenderer. In case, the available bid capacity is lesser than estimated cost of work put to tender, his offer shall not be considered even if he has been found eligible in other eligibility criteria/tender requirement

Annexure -VIB: 1. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. 2. The information supplied shall be substantiated by data in the audited balance sheets and profit and loss accounts for the relevant years in respect of the bidder or all members constituting the bidder. 3. Contents of this form should be certified by a Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.

Tenderer shall submit details as per PART I Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) of IR GCC April-2022 item No. 14-17 (As per the applicability of the Tenderer. (Please upload relevant documents)

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

The tenderer should upload the scan copy of EPF and ESI registration number. However EPF and ESI registration would be mandatory and documents towards EPF and ESI registration must be submitted before execution of the agreement.

Tenderer has to submit declaration regarding employment/ partnership etc. of retired railway employees & certificate of no relative being an employee of western railway as per attached format in document tab.

DISSOLUTION OF CONTRACTOR'S FIRM

If the contractor's firm is dissolved due to death or retirement of any partner or for any reason before duly completing the work or any part of it undertaken by the Principal Agreement, the partners shall remain jointly severally and personally liable to complete the whole work to the satisfaction of the Railway and to pay compensation for loss, sustained if any, by the Railway due to such dissolution. The amount of such compensation shall be decided by the Engineer and his decision in the matter shall be final and binding on the Tenderer(s)/Contractor(s).
