Supply, laying & testing of XLPE insulated of size 16 Sqmm nominal cross section 4 core, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, sleeving through pipes or fixed on poles & walls or laid under floors including jointing with suitable size aluminum lugs including taking down of old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1 above but Size 25 Sqmm X 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cable (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spread thickness and consolidated (punned) up to 180mm thickness complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

Materials and labour for brick work with Sub Class 'B' bricks well burnt laid breadth wise along the length or cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing steel tubes, galvanized, light grade, ISI marked 80mm bore for protection of cable under floor, road and on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting bituminous road/path for passing of electrical cable through GI pipes of bore 80mm dia pipe and making good to the cut surfaces by concreting with PCC 1:3:6 to match with the adjacent surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and stringing in repair ACSR conductor of any size for LT over head line as directed including fixing to insulators with proper size of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 17 but GI wire 4 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs mild steel galvanized stay assembly set complete comprising of 14mm dia, 400mm long stay bow, 1800 mm long stay rod 20mm dia, 300mm x 300mm x 6mm stay plate, thimble, GI stay wire of 7/8 SWG upto required length including loop type insulator of vitreous porcelain, small size with overall dimensions 90x140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm, all as shown in electrical plate No.1 of MES Schedule part-I 1991 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repairs Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing steel tubular pole, swaged, complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washer and screws including painting with two coats of aluminium paints over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to portion embedded in PCC including numbering of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paints, type 410-SP-22 (8.5 meter long) including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earthwork and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M & L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in copings to poles & the like etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs MCCB 4 pole, 415 volt 160 Amps with breaking capacity 36 kA, adjustable type 415 V, 50 Hz, all as directed.

S&F in repairs MCCB 4 pole, 415 volt 200 Amps with breaking capacity 36 kA, adjustable type 415 V, 50 Hz, all as directed.

S&F in repairs MCCB 4 pole, 415 volt 250 Amps with breaking capacity 36 kA, adjustable type 415 V, 50 Hz, all as directed.

S&F in repairs MCCB 4 pole, 415 volt 400 Amps with breaking capacity 36 kA, adjustable type 415 V, 50 Hz, all as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.5 mtr below normal ground level ) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to main earth lead GI strip 32x 6mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No. 3, including exc, and earth work in any type of soil disposal of soil providing alternate layers of charcoal and common salt construction of PCC earth chamber in mix 1:3:6 type C-1 with 40 mm thick 1:2:4 type B-1 cover reinforced with 8 mm dia MS bars both ways with lift hook made out of 8 mm dia bar, watering arrangement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Main earth lead beyond 7.5 meter shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Taking down old unserviceable dilapidated GI earthing are included in quoted rate.

M&L for dismantling the cable connections of four pole/three pole Air circuit breaker of capacity 630 to 1250 Amps, 415 V 50 HZ of any make, strip opening the Air circuit breaker, inspecting the parts for serviceability/overhauling complete and carrying out the following repairs/maintenance:- (a) Cleaning the insulation parts including bushings with CTC solution. (b) Checking the alignment and condition of movable and stationary contacts and adjust them all as per manufacturer's instructional manual. (c) Check the bolts, nuts, washers, cotter pins and all terminal connections are in place and tights. Replace the worn-out parts. (d) Check arching for damage . (e) Clean and lubricate the operating mechanism with a light machine oil for pins and bearings and with a non-hardening grease for the wearing surfaces . Adjust breaker operating mechanism all as per manufacturer's instructional manual . (f) Checking / inspecting shunt trip coil for serviceability and replacing the same if required. (g) Checking control device free for operation. (h) Check after servicing the circuit breaker to verify the contacts move to the fully opened and fully closed positions, that there is an absence of friction and that the electrical operation is functional Note:- (i) The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of T&P and minor spares like lubricants, nuts/bolts/washers/pins etc. (ii) Major spares like Shunt release & trip coil etc will be measured & paid separately under relevant schedule items shall be OEM makes.

S & F in repairs Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair digital voltmeter, ranging from 0 to 500 Volts, including providing necessary electrical connections (to accommodate in panel board) complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair digital ammeter, ranging from 0 to 400 Amps (with CT of suitable ratio), including providing necessary electrical connections (to accommodate in panel board) complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs Indicator Lamps (LED type) including providing necessary electrical connections (to accommodate in panel board) complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for painting of LT/HT poles tubular type 9 to 11 mtr long in two coats of aluminum paint and one coat of red oxide as primer including writing of pole nos all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour, painting of two pole structure consisting of 11m long steel poles including cross arms, clamps of any length and shape, for HT over head line, with two coats of aluminum paint including preparation of the existing surface including marking pole numbers in a 20cm dia circle and marking bottom of pole to 1.5m height, complete all as specified and directed.

Dehydration of HV/EHV grade transformer oil of stabilizer/isolation transformer/ (On line/off line), minimum three cycles to achieve dielectric strength upto 60KV for EHV grade and upto 40 KV for HV grade, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Centrifuging Machine with all T&P & testing eqpt required for dehydration to be arranged by contractor.

Supply and filling, stabilizer/isolation transformer oil HV grade as per IS-335 of 1993 Part-II, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old worn out reversible synchronous motor ( servo motor) from the voltage stabilizer and supply and fix reversible servo motor single phase 230 Volts capacity and testing all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old worn out I C electronic control card from the voltage stabilizer up to 250 KVA and supply and fix I C electronic control card and testing all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out defected PCB from the voltage stabilizer and reinstalling the I C electronic control card after repair complete and testing all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension GI wire, one twin core cable flat or circular with size 6sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

Re-stringing Over Head Line ACSR Conductor and earth wire of any size and type on LT poles including disconnection on Existing Lines by un-binding at Each Pin/Shackle Type Insulator, re-fixing the same after stretching Conductor, removing excess Sag, maintaining proper distance between Conductors adjusting line dividers etc and cutting trimming of tree branches upto 2 mtr clear distance from wire, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rectifying the any leakage in neutral/EN voltage by checking overhead line, jumpers, under ground cable, mcb, mccb with required manpower to reducing the leakage in permissible limit and balancing the three phase supply complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
