BITUMINOUS MACADAM:--Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed aggregate of Grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder, transported at site with VTS, laid over a previously prepared surface , finished to the required grade ,level, alignment,and rolling to achieve the desired density for 50 mm compacted thickness with hot mix plant having complying essential features of Hot mix plant as per IRC-27 2009 specified conditions and attachments such as electronic load sensor based belt conveyers, automatic synchronization of bitumen and aggregate fedder,built in dust controller system ,Sensor paver, and Vibratory roller including prime/Tack coat etc. complete VG-40 Bitumen 3.30% of specified grade.

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE:--Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregate of grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder @5.40% by weight of total mix and filler, transported at site with VTS, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade ,level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired density for 30mm compacted thickness with hot mix plant , Sensor paver and Vibratory roller including prime/Tack coat etc. complete with Bitumen of VG-40 grade with stone dust/cement filler.

Providing laying, spreading and compacting hard murum having PI more than 6, including spreading in uniform layers on a prepared surface and compacting with Static roller having weight 8 to 10 MT including necessary artificial watering all materials, labour, machinery, guarding, barracating complete with all leads and lifts of all materials etc. complete.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorizing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.complete.

Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately etc. complete.
