Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of any description and in any position, not otherwise specifically provided for and M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates for filleting, benching, slightly rounding or chamfering on edges, filling undulations / depressions in roof surface, providing concrete platform for tanks wherever required all as specified and as directed.

Taking down / removing existing water proofing treatment from RCC roof slab including removal of plaster bed below felt / membrane and disposal of the same to a distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 500m as and where directed and M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed / rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete roof surface mixed with Water Proofing Compound as per manufacturer's instructions, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to "V" section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry (1:3) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning the plastered /concrete surface with wire brush and applying water proofing treatment as under:- (a) Apply a uniform coat of bitumen primer at 0.70 kg/sqm over cement plaster. (b) Providing and laying 3 mm thick, weighing not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, Atactic Polypropylene Polymer (APP) modified bitumen - based prefabricated five layer water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester matt black finished over bitumen primer [as per Ser No. (a)] and torch application of membrane with 10 cm overlap both ways after necessary preparation of surface complete as per manufacturers instructions. (c) Applying two coats of bitumastic aluminium paint over the membrane all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab as specified below of Make :- PIDILITE, Dr Fixit or equivalent :- (a) Clean the sunken portion of toilet/ Baths/ WCs/ Kitchen thoroughly to remove laitance, dirt, dust etc. (b) Form angle fillet of size 40mm x 40mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar (Dr Fixit, Pidiite or eqvt). (c) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with "Dr Fixit bath seal Tape" and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitious grout "Dr Fixit bath seal Grout" or eqvt. Nahani traps etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grouted in the same manner. (d) Apply one coat of a Bitumen-modified polymer coating "Dr Fixit bath seal plus" or eqvt on all angle fillets by brush and cover it with 100mm open woven mesh while it is still wet. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle fillets and allow it to dry completely.

(Ser item No. 7 contd...) (e) In the remaining area, in dry substrate condition brush apply first coat of the same coating and further apply second coat when first is dry. Extend the coating upto 150mm above the FFL. Above FFL, another cementitious waterproof coating "Dr Fixit Pidifin 2 K" or eqvt shall be further applied right upto 2.1m to waterproof the shower area also, if it is a bathroom or bath cubicles of a sanitary annex and apply second coat after 6-8 hrs and allow to dry completely. (f) After 2 to 3 days, sunken portion must be overlaid with a 50mm thick concrete screed 1:3:6 type B0 mixed with integral WPC (liquid) laid to slope 1:60 towards outer face of wall. Provide 40mm OD UPVC pipe at the lowest point with 300mm projection beyond the outer face of the wall. Then fill up the sunken portion with lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2. (g) After completing plumbing work in the toilet/WC/Bath/Kitchen floor, tiling work (Floor and dado can be carried out using suitable Tile adhesives and ready to make tile grouts of approved makes such as Dr Fixit, FOSROC SIKA, ROFF etc. (NOTE :- Tiling work and PCC 1:5:10 will be measured and paid separately)

M&L Plain Cement Concrete, (1:5:10), type E2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in mass concrete or as in sunken portion or floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing coat) , removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete, (1:2:4), type B0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in base of floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for matt finish full body vitrified coloured tiles 8-10mm thick polished, of size 600mm x 600mm, as in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes all as specified and as directed.

All as per as per Sl Item No.12 above but as in skirting /dado including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free 600mm x 600mm x min 8mm thick non skid coloured ceramic tiles in floor etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300mm x 600mm x 8 to 9 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash old size bricks laid in CM 1:6 straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius as in repair to building/ MH/ drainage etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 16 to 18mm thick Granite slab, machine cut, as in jambs, cills, cooking platforms, counter tops and like laid over and including cement screed bed of 15mm thick in CM (1:4), jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 16 to 18mm thick Granite slab, machine cut as in skirting / dado laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4), jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in one piece as in treads & risers of stair case etc., over and including 15 mm thick cement screed bed or bedding in CM (1:6) for bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto- all as per Sl Item No. 22 here in before but as in skirtings in one piece for step, risers over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) to receive Kota stone/slab etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick as in flooring over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding in CM (1:6) for bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, ceilings etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:4) as in external plaster finishing the surfaces (upto any height) mixed with and including supply of WPC as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of any description and paining the new prepared surfaces of walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade as like new work (two coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 Sqm for each coat over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment, preparing the surfaces and paining the old painted surfaces of walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade as like new work (two coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 Sqm for each coat over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto- all as per Sl Item No. 25 above but 10mm thick in CM (1:4) as in ceiling finished even and smooth with thin layer of sagol finish to a smooth surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on ceiling including preparation of new surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing finishes by scraping down old decorative surface of ceiling with steel wire brushes and removing smoke spots, moulds, efflorescent salts including filling of spots with POP, chalk whitening, priming and applying three coats of white wash on old surfaces of ceiling all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing the surfaces with a thin layer of sagol all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound emulsion distemper of approved tint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Smart single phase four wire pre paid energy meter BIS 16444:2015 (reaffirmed 2020) marked, in existing panel board / floor panels having current range 10-60 Amps, 240 Volts, accuracy class 1.0. Including taking down old electric meter of any capacity and deposited to E/M store yard, all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (i) Prepaid energy meter is to be compatible with existing station software system and accordingly before placing order contractor must check system software for it's compatibility. (ii) Meter shall have facility to work in normal mode in absence of software system.

Taking down the existing serviceable KWH meter from site without any damage, cleaning it properly and re-fixing the same in the new panel as per existing Qtr No marked. All as specified and directed.

Supply, lay and testing 15 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including cutting and connecting in all fittings such as tee, bends, union, elbow, reducer etc for connection of water supply to geyser all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting of existing 15mm dia steel tubing for alterations or addition or lengthening screw on pipe to form connector for branch connection to Geyser all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix stop valve 15 mm bore cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the existing Electric storage water heater of any capacity and rating from any height alongwith bib cock and stop valve 15mm dia and cleaning it complete and refixing the same after completion of repairs in the bathroom with proper size of grouting bolts etc including new steel metallic flexible pipe connection of size 15mm dia and 450 mm length complete with brass check nut and wahsers-02 Nos for hot and cold water complete all as specified and as directed.
