Providing and laying PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE for all depths below and

upto plinth level in foundations,drains,fillings,

non-suspended floors, pavements & ramps or any other works etc.including

the cost ofposition cement concrete of

2 specified grade including the cost ofcentring and shuttering, tamping, M3 19.40

ramming, vibrating,curing, in

anyshape,position,thickness and finishing the top surface rough or

smooth,etc. all complete as per directions 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand:

graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

AVAILABL EARTH FILL Cutting, loading & transportation of excavated

earth available within the BPCL premises (excluding rock) and filling in

trenches;plinth; sides of foundations, etc. in layers not exceeding 15 cm

depth: consoilding each deposited layer by

ramming andwatering, dressing, trimming, etc., as per directions of Engineer-

READY MIX CONCRETE -RCC DESIGN MIX M30 supplying and laying

in position ready mixedconcrete , as per IS 4926, manufactured in fully

automatic batchingplant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a

lead up to10kms having continuous agitated

mixer, manufactured as per mix designof specified grade for reinforced

cement concrete work includingpumping of

R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying in all positions,excluding the cost

of reinforcement but including the cost

ofcentering, shuttering , admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS:

9103 to accelerate / retard setting of

concrete, improved workailitywithout impairing strenght and durability,

STEEL REINFORCEMENT : Supplying and placing HYSD steel

reinforcement of Grade 500 (TMT) conforming to IS 1786 in position for

FLOATING COAT OF NEAT CEMENT with Fine sand including

OMC in the mechanical mix (Pug mill), carriage of materials to the site etc.

The wet mix to be laid in uniform layers, rolling/compacting with 8-10T

vibratory to achieve the desired density roller including scrapping the existing
