Demolishing RCC work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (HSR No. 5.25)

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge - In cement mortor (5.2.2).

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: Nominal Concrete 1:2:4 or leaner mix (5.23.2).

Demolishing brick work manually/ by machanical means including stacking of serviceable material and unserviceable material within 50m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge - In cement mortor (5.7.4).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers (6.30.5).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts, Struts (6.29.3).

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced concrete works, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer -in- charge. (Note : Cement content considered in this item is @330 kg/cum. Less cement used as per design mix is recoverable. However no extra payment shall be made if excess cement is used as per design mix) : All works above plinth level up to floor IV level (HSR No. 6.25.2).

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) (HSR No.7.21.1).

12mm thick cement plaster (HSR No.6.11.1).

Providing and fixing in position 20mm thick premoulded joint filler in expansion joint for fixed ends of simply supported spans not exeeding 10m to cater for a horizontal movement upto 20mm, covered with sealant complete as per drawing and MoRT&H specifications. (HSR No. 27.51.3).

Painting two coats on New concrete surfaces: Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint on new plastered concrete surfaces (HSR No.34.49).

Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agigated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer -in- charge. (Note: Less cement used as per design mix is recoverable. However no extra payment shall be made if excess cement is used as per design mix): All works upto Plinth level : M-15 grade plain cement concrete cum (cement content considered @ 240 kg/cum) (HSR NO. 6.22.2.2).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work where not include in the complete rate of R.C.C, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect (Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, seperately for different diameters as actually used in work, excluding overlaps. Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods of bindings & placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement).: Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D (HSR No. 6.33.6+ 6.34.6).

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: (5.23.1).

Earth Work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge - All kind of soil (4.12.1).

10mm thick 1:2 cement plaster (HSR No. 11.4.1).

Lining with design mix concrete of grade M-15 with minimum cement content 240kg/cum, 75mm thick in curve portion and manually i/c rendering with cement sand (1:3) slurry, form work, dressing and preparation of sub grade as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge Bending and fixing iron rungs in lined slopes. On side slopes 75mm thickness in slope (HSR No. 14.10.1.2-14.13).

Filling expansion joint with special imperviouse hot pour 12.5mm wide (HSR No. 14.18).

Boundary Piller-rainforcement Cement Conc. M-15 grade boundary, pillar of standard design as per IRC:25-1967, fixed in position including finishing (HSR No. 34.28).

R.D. Stone-rainforcement cement Conc. M-25 grade kilometer stone of standared design as per IRC: 8-1980, fixing in position (HSR No. 34.27.2).

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m -All kind of soil (HSR No. 4.14.1).

Extra for leveling & neality dressing of disposal soil completely (HSR NO.4.6).

Clearing jungle i/c uprooting of rank vegetation grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a heigth of 01 mtr. Above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared (HSR No. 4.1).
