8447 REPAIR TO CHARPOY GI PIPE AND FIXING OF PLYWOOD TOP TO CHARPOY GI PIPE ALL UNIT UNDER GE (CENTRAL) PUNE

M&L for replacement of existing unserviceable ply wood top of charpoy GI pipe with new 12mm thick commercial plywood BWR grade of size 7'x3' fixed with 09 Nos stainless steel nuts & bolts of 6 mm dia & 70 mm long with two Nos of washers of suitable size including 6mm thick 1st class hardwood edging/liping patti on all the sides of plywood and applying french polishing after necessary preparation of plywood surfaces & TW edging including tightening all the check nuts, elbows, long rails, short rails, and legs to hold the charpoy tight by welding the elbows and legs with two spots on each side complete all as specified and as directed. (Drawing No FD-220). Note : Long Rail, short rail, legs, check nuts and elbow will be measured and paid separately under supply only items

Supply only long rail as per drg. (Drawing No FD-220).

Supply only short rail as per drg. (Drawing No FD-220).

Supply only leg as per drg. (Drawing No FD-220).

Supply only GI check nuts as per drg. (Drawing No FD-220).

Supply only 3 way elbow as per drg. (Drawing No FD-220).

M & L replacement of existing unserviceable MS square pipe with new MS square pipe of section 20mmx20mm, 1.6mm thick of length not less than 0.85m, fitted between long rails duly welded to the GI pipe including painting with black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all specified and as directed. (Drawing No ED-220).

M&L for cutting of long rails retrieved into short rails and threading at both ends as required as per and fixed all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.(Drawing No FD-220).

M&L for cutting of short rails retrieved into legs and threading at end of with MNF clamp suitable for 19mm dia conduit pipe with 3mm thick base plate welded at bottom and fixed all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.(Drawing No FD-220).
