Running operation and maintenance of E and M installation at Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Airstrip, Partapur, Meerut. (for the year of 2021-22).

SH-I- Operation & maintenance

Running operation & maintenance of E&M installations on all days at Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Airstrip, Partapur, Meerut as per the requirement of works. The contractor has to deploy the following minimum man power per day excluding Sunday, as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge or his authorized representative. i) Skilled – 1 No. ii) Khallasi – 1 No.

Fuel cost for running of 15 KVA DG set (Make: Kirloskar) on per hour basis (contractor has to quote his running, handling & storing cost of fuel/hour/running operation of DG set which he has to assess according to the condition & capacity of the DG set mentioned above & as per special condition at site as & when required or as per direction of E-I-C.

SH-II: Miscellaneous minor repair works for E&M installations, as per specification,as & when required with prior approval of Engineer in charge.

Complete servicing of different type & model ceiling fans i/c greasing, replacement of cotter pin, rubber bush, bolts & nuts i/c dismanteling, reinstallation of fan at the existing location as reqd.(excluding replacement of bearing )

Labour charges for lowering & lifting i/c dismantling of different sizes submersible pump set/ jet assembly alongwith pipe lines, cable from the existing bore, as & when reqd. re-installing back of the same i/c cost of cable joint & minor items such as nut bolt & rubber packing etc. ( charges for repairing or rectification of fault of pump/ motor will be paid separately).

Rewinding of the following ceiling fan, desert cooler motors etc i/c dismanteling, transportation to workshop & back. (Dismantled material shall be retained by the contractor).

Exhaust Fan of all makes & model up to 300mm.

Rewinding of the following water pump motors and replacement of Bearing , bushes, water seal of pump motors etc i/c dismanteling, transportation to workshop & back i/c connection, testing & commissioning as reqd. (Dismantled material shall be retained by the contractor)

5 HP 3 phase mono block pump Motor (Fire pump motor)

5 HP, 3 phase submersible pump motor (Borewell)

1 to 2 HP Submersible Pump Motor (Borewell)

Repairing of following capacity of submersible/ monoblock water supply pumps & replacement of all required unserviceable parts such as discharge bowl/ discharge bearing, intermediate bowl/ impeller/ upthrust coller/ intermediate bowl bearing/ pump shaft/ Suction inlet/ suction adopter/ pump motor coupling / water seal /rotar polishing & tunning of roter etc i/c lath work, dismanteling, transportation to workshop & back and reinstallation i/c , testing & commissioning as reqd. (Dismantled material shall be retained by the contractor)

5 HP 3 phase mono block pump Motor (Fire pump motor)

SH-III: ACM of Split A/C Units, Water Cooler & R.O. System

Annual comprehensive maintenance of Invertor split type Air-conditioner of 1.5/2.0 ton capacity , refrigerent gas i/c supply and replacement of defective compressor by original company make compressor and defective components with original spares including comprehensive maintenance of voltage stabilizer (wherever installed) for above units as per terms & conditions contained in tender document. (Rate should be quoted for 24 months)

Annual Comprehensive maintenance of water coolers of 40 Ltr capacity & Sidwal Make, Model No.SS40/40 including supply and replacement of defective components and replacement of defective compressors by company make compressor i/c maintenance of voltage stabilizer for above units (wherever installed) complete as reqd. at site. (Rate should be quoted for 24 months)

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of of 25 LPH R.O. System (Make: Aquaguard) including replacement of filters, pumps, membranes and all other spares including repair/replacement of electronic components complete as required at site. (Rate should be quoted for 24 months)

SH-IV- Supply of the following items as per specifications & reqired Makes, as and when required with prior approval of engineer in charge.
