Taking out old u/s tank of capacity 500/1000 Ltr capacity including disconnecting of existing fitting i.e Gate valve, Float valve, Nipple etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair for Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank with threaded lids (Cylindrical Vertical ) with connection tank nipple fixed in position of 500 ltr capacity including all accessories alongwith monkey protection lid/cap made out of galvanized plane sheet 16 gauge semicircular of dia 56 cm along with riveted nail 2'' in cluding locking arrangment complete all as specefied and directed .

All as per item No 2.00 above but of capacity 1000 Ltr .

Taking up or down steel water tubing of following bore from trenches or walls etc. complete all as directed. Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking out old u/s gate valve of sizes 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 40mm, 50mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 15 mm dia Gun metal ,globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both end from iron pipe complete with all accessories inclding taking down unserviceable valve.

Supply and fixing 20 mm dia Gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head,screwed both ends from iron pipe complete with all accessories including taking down unservicable valve.

Supply and fixing 25 mm dia Gun metal gate valve with iron wheel complete with all accessories.

Supply and fixing 40 mm dia Gun metal gate valve with iron wheel complete with all accessories.

Supply and fixing 50 mm dia Gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head complete with all accessories.

Supply and fixing CPVC (Chlorinated Poly Vinyl Chloride) pipe line of dia 20 mm ISI marked including all accessories i.e. Bend, tee, socket, union, reducer socket, male/female adapter etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing CPVC(Chlorinated Poly Vinyl Chloride) pipe line of dia 25 mm ISI marked including all accessories i.e. Bend, tee, socket, union, reducer socket, male/female adapter etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches for taking out, laying of pipes not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as directed. Note: Surplus spoil shall not be removed but left protrude over the trench.

Removing excavated soil. n.exc 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing CI/DI/PPR pipe of following bore of any description for insertion of fittings and setting the pipe in proper alignment complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation earth work and fittings shall be measured and paid separately.

Construction of brick masonry (full brick thick wall ) valve chamber, of 1050x1050x950mm size of internal dimension, PCC work with (1:4:8) type D2 . 150mm thick (using 40mm grade stone aggregate) for foundation complete with 3.00mm thick MS sheet cover and frame of MS angle iron 40x40x5mm with locking arrangement and painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified shall be plastering to internal and exposed surfaces of the chamber, in CM(1:4) 15mm thick and PCC coping (1:2:4) type B-1, 50mm thick all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting/repairing/welding of valve pit chambers and sluice valves with connected pipe lines afterscrapping the existing paint with wire brush and painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled spray paint after making good to existing painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 3 layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer ) concealed pipes of following sizes, SDR 7.4 (PN 16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches all as specified and directed. Note:- Fittings such as sockets,elbows,tees,reducers,male/female threaded adapter required for laying is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
