Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and to full depth as may be directed,except in hard rock,requiring blasting including shoring and shuttering and bailing out of water wherever necessary,refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth or sand in layer of not more than 15cm thick.well rammed and consolidated and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift of 10m & initial lift of 2m and depositing the surplusr earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with iniital lead and lifts,clearing and levelling the site etc., complete as per SS20B and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.17,23,24).

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix (One Part of Cement, Four part of Fine Aggregate and Eight part of Coarse Aggregate) Using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.28).

Brick Work in CM 1:5 (One Cement & Five Fine Aggregate) mix using country bricks of size 8-3/4" x 4-1/4" x 2-3/4" size including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing the concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers – TNBP No:31

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of 300mmx300mm set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two Crushed stone sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting uptp 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10cmx6.5cm dia spaced about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre tocentre etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental engineers. TNBP No.30

Plastering with CM 1:5 (One part of cement & five parts of sand) mix for 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing,finishing etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers – TNBP No:56&57

Supply and run of 2 of 6sqmm (84/0.3) insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Cconductor of 1100V grade on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains. SD 58 ISI make with standard specification.

Supply and run of 2 x 6sqmm (84/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia GI Pipe ( Class ‘B’) suitably bent at both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end supports for mains. SD 71 ISI make with standard specification.

Supply and delivery of MS Kiosk of size 0.75m x 0.45m x 0.75m made up of MS angle of size 50mm x 50mmx 4mm alround covered with 16 gauge MS sheet and kiosk door made up of MS plates of size 25 mm x 3 mm including cutting, welding, grinding, locking arrangements and labour chargesetc.,

Labour Charges for erection of submersible pumpset in bore well/Open well including fixing of suction pipe and foot valve upto a maximum depth of 7 metres and delivery pipes to the required length with valves, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel Board consisting of TPIC switches starter, voltmeter, Ammeter, Capacitor single phasing preventor and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules including providing bed blocks etc., complete and operating the pumps and trial run for 10 days including signing of completion of reports as required by EB authorities.
