Desert Cooler: Material and labour for, taking down desert cooler from foundation, dismantling opening the same for complete servicing by scrapping of rusted/deposits in side and outer surface of desert cooler, replacement of wornout, MS Nut bolt, wahser etc, oiling greasing of fan bearings, bushes etc and part of the body by providing new GI/MS sheet including necessry mechinary works as cutting/welding/finishing etc and preparation of internal and external surface of desert cooler and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of desire or existing colour.over a coat of red oxide primer,assembely the desert cooler and tested in the presence and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge to mke functional functional and re-install in same or other location as directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : (i) Spare parts/ Items required to made the desert cooler functional shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items .

AIR CONDITIONER/WATER COOLER/ REFRIGRATOR : Material and labour for disconnect electric connection, taking down/ keep aside the air conditioner (Split/Window) type, Water Cooler and Refrigerator including stabilizer of any make and capacity. Servicing the same by cleaning inside, cleaning of filter, remove dust from body, tightening of loose nut bolt, washer, rubber gas kit and tightening of loose wiring, loose connection, replacement of wornout, nutbolt, washers, gaskits etc and necessary cutting, welding/ soldering works with replacement of rusted body parts with new MS/GI Sheets of suitable size and tested in the presence and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, made it fullyand Re-installation in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: All new spare parts required to make the items fully functional will be measured and paid separately under the appropriate items as supply only)

Material and labour for detection and rectification of leakages in gas line by necessary brazing in 1.5 Ton/2.0 Ton window / split type AC of any model and any make and ensuring the complete systems leak proof including checking the system and replacement of required spare parts including charging of refrigerant gas R-134 A with appropriate quantity including testing for smooth functioning all as specified and directed. Note: Spare parts, if requited will be measured and paid separately under the supply of appropriate items.

Material and labour for Dismantling of unserviceable/worn hermetically sealed unit compressor from window /Split type AC and replacement with new one compressor (company repaired), suitable for existing same model/make of capacity 1.5 TR split/window type AC including brazing with suction and discharge line, checking the system for leak proof and inclduing charging of refrigerant gas R-134 A in appropriate qty after making vacume the complete system and tested in the presence and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, make it fully functional and Re-installation in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
