Providing, supplying and installing factory-manufactured Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) Garden Bench of approximately 1800 mm overall length, 450–480 mm seat height, 400–450 mm seat width, and 850 mm overall height, having a minimum seating capacity of three persons. The bench shall be manufactured using minimum M25 grade concrete with suitable steel reinforcement, complete with ergonomically designed seat and backrest, smooth moulded finish, and all exposed edges neatly finished. It shall be weather-resistant, durable and suitable for continuous outdoor use. The bench shall be capable of safely supporting a uniformly distributed load of not less than 400 kg without visible distress, deformation or cracking, and shall conform to the approved design, dimensions and specifications. The item shall include packing, loading, transportation, unloading, delivery, positioning, installation at the designated location, and all labour, tools, tackles, consumables and incidental charges, complete in all respects, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
