Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-2, 100 mm thick as in path hard standing etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, 75mm thick as in plinth protection, path etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40 mm gragded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base for flooring, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling below paver block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, (using M-40 Grade design mix concrete) of any size and shape confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thick, with grey cement and pigment etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles rubber moulded pre polished with lacquer finish n,exc 30cmx30cmx22-25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floors over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down plastering of any description and in any position in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints ,hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured ceramic cladding/ elevation tiles joint free in vertical surfaces of size 350x250x7-8mm/ 450x300-350x7-8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonary built in cement mortar incl all quoins arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete block, at any height, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble,uncoursedwell bonded, built in CM(1:6) as in parapet, steps, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bond stone of size 15cm x 15cm in section and length as per section of wall, including use & waste of form work and set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-0, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregated as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throttling, including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Hand packing (any thickness) at the back of walls over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flush pointing to RR stone masonary un coursed in cm (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing in CM 1:3 to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses including Raking out joints/ pointing of cement or cement lime mortar to random rubbel masonry, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size kiln burnt sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plain exc 6 mtr in mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick in cement mortar 1:6, straight or curved on plain to any radius in half brick thick wall built, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick on fair faces of stone surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering work 15 mm thick on fair surfaces of brickwork or concrete surfaces (1:4) finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed.

Note: - Reinforcement and handles shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required and binding with ms wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required and binding with ms wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated plastered surface and applying Two coats cement base paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section includin taking our embedded portion and making good disturbed ground (embedded in concrete, brick work, masonary etc), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh,any type, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes hard/ dense soil (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in hard/ dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete.

S&F framed work as in steel gate in ( ornamentel and intricate design) such as grills gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders framed balusters walk ways railings frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290.Gde -E-165 including all fittings and fixtures etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair colour hollow polycarbonate sheet 6mm thick fixed with coach screw and washer/self taping screw in roof/wall clading etc with suitable arangement as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/ screwed to wall or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for joist, channel, angle, or tee section, for post and struts fixed independantly, without connecting plates, etc. as in fencing post conforming to Fe 410 W (gde E-250 quality- 'B'), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (Annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS screw bolt (machine made with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square n exc 5 cm lone dia of neck 5 to 10 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing of 3.8mm dia wire, mesh size 50x50mm made into mattresses laped wired laid in position, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wireany size or type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including preparation of steel surfaces of any description, n exc 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old surface of steel & iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth , and applying two coats of white/ approved colour/ shade synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described, complete all as specified and directed.
