Material & labour for prunning and removing of tree branches touching to electric over head lines wild growth around LT /HT over head lines and around pole and stay complete to make clear span of 2 Mtr of tree both side of the OH line with JCB, Cutter and all tools, plants etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note : (i) Distance between pole to pole will be measured and paid. (ii) Contractor has to take upmost care to avoid damage to existing lines/structures if Any breakdown of line caused during punning shall be made good without any extra cost. (ii) Prunning of tree to be done twice a year (before & after rainy season) (iii) The contractor has to ensure the proper safety of the tradesmans to avoid any mishappening. If any mishappening occures the contractor will be solely responsible for it.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metres wide and not exceeding 1.5 metres in depth , for foundation , etc or for shafts, wells , cesspits, main holes etc.not exceeding 10 sqm on plan andnot exceeding 1.5 metres depth and getting out in soft/ lose soil ; complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metres wide and not exceeding 1.5 metres in depth , for foundation , etc or for shafts, wells , cesspits, main holes etc.not exceeding 10 sqm on plan andnot exceeding 1.5 metres depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil ; complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming the excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated material / soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres distance and depositing as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metres above starting point ; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing GI tubing light grade 50 mm dia with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors for protection of cables including fixing clamp, nut bolt washer , accssories etc , including disconnecting, dismantling and taking down/out old unserviceable GI pipe ; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing GI tubing light grade 80 mm dia with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors for protection of cables including fixing clamp, nut bolt washer , accssories etc , including disconnecting, dismantling and taking down/out old unserviceable GI pipe ; and also making good the damaged Tar Road by using additional stone metal, PCC etc to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge ; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for dismantling old LT panel and removing all the connection including copper/aluminium busbar & removing the carbon from the contacts by cleaning through CTC solution and, after disconnecting cable, replacement of the unserviceable or defective parts like rusted nuts and bolts, old damaged/ corroded door hinges, door lock, lugs , bus bar, front or back door etc and reassemble the panel with all the connection properly tight and checked ; and painting the LT Panel with base frame with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer as approved & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge , and Control wiring and CT PT connection of the panel shall be properly checked and made good to make the LT panel serviceable , Foundation if deteriorated of the panel shall be repaired with existing specifications and properly mounted LT panel complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing MCB TPN 63 Amps with breaking cap 16 KA , including disconnecting, dismantling and taking down/out old unserviceable MCB ; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCB TPN 40 Amps with breaking cap 16 KA , including disconnecting, dismantling and taking down/out old unserviceable MCB ; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Amp meter (0-300Amp) along with CTs ; including disconnecting, dismantling and taking down/out old unserviceable Amp meter from the existing LT panel ; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Volt meter 0 to 600 volt , digital type ; including disconnecting, dismantling and taking down/out old unserviceable Amp meter from the existing LT panel ; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for removal of existing treatment from steel surfaces of the LT Steel tubular pole, 9 metres long by cleaning, rubbing, scrapping down the surfaces & prepration of steel surfaces ; with and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint with spray gun , color of paint shall be as per the existing colour of poles , including writing pole number in Black letter under yellow circle ; complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note:- Painting Shall be carried out with spray gun equipments.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, buried vertically in ground (Each pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.50 metres below normal ground level) connected to and including GI strip 32mm x 6mm, by means of bolts, nuts, and check nuts and washers etc encased in & including GI protection pipe 40 mm dia light grade pipe for protection of GI earth strip both to be provided to the extent of 7.5 meters, all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR - 2004 Part - I, GI protection pipe buried in ground, laid under floors / plinths or mixed on walls / pole etc or concealed in walls etc; with & including provision of mixture of charcoal dust and common salt packed upto minimum 150 mm all around the earth plate, including PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 earth pit with M.S angle iron frame, cast iron cover with locking arrangement, with GI 20 mm dia medium grade pipe and MS funnel with wire mesh for watering arrangement, including necessary excavation and earth work , returning filling , removal in any type of soil / strata and testing on completion ; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for LT line seperator 3/4 lines made of high quality PVC material to provide 300 mm distance between phase to phase and neutal or as per site reuirement ; complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supply ,Installing, commissioning and testing LT panel board, factory made, out door, cubical type , vermin proof, dust proof, cubical type, vermin proof , dust proof, water proof made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet , and inner partition made of 2mm thick CRCA sheet and angle iron frame of size 50mm x 50mm x 5mm inside depth not less than 50 cm and size suitable to accommodate the following & including following accessories, with insulated alluminium busbar 600amps capacity , 3 phase , 4 wire system, both sides openable (front and back) with locking arrangement , including cable trench duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally connecting with lugs including internal wiring with copper cables of suitable size using lugs comprising the following accessories complete , and embedded in PCC plinth made of PCC 1:4:8 type D1 , including dismantling and taking down the old unserviceable LT Panel complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge :- (a) MCCB 250 Amp four pole with breaking Cap 25 KA-01 No (Incoming) (b) MCCB TPN 63 Amps with breaking cap 10KA - 02 Nos (Out Going) (c) MCCB 100 Amps (TP) with breaking capacity 25 KA -06 Nos (Out Going) (d) Volt Meter (digital Type (0 T0 600 Volts)-01 No (e ) Ammeter (digital type) with Cts 0-300Amps)-01 No (f) Phase indication lamps LED type with holder-01 Set(Set of Three) Notes :- (i) The Panel Shall be of approved CPRI make.
