Demolition of brick/stone masonry work built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6M mean radius built in CM 1:6 as in manhole etc. complete all as specified and as directed

All as per Sl item No 2 above but except bricks including removing the mortar & cleaning complete all as specified and as directed

All as per SL Item No 2 but half brick work in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plastering on brick/stone wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces with water proofing compound finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound approved by GE. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 by using 20mm graded aggregate, as in plinth protection/paths etc laid in pannels including finished the surface smooth and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and removing rubbish off the premises complete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles of size (30 cmx 30 cmx 25mm) thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment and including 20mm thick screed bed with cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS-15650 - 2008 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floor including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in Precast kerb PCC Blocks and alike including weathering, slightly rounded or chemfered angle and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 mtr clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, copings, bed plates, kerbs etc. including necessary form work. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts/struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion from concrete,brick work, masonry etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling structural steel work incl doors, gates but exe framed truss etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.50 Cum getting out in soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming including watering earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n exc 25cm and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing Pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in 40mm thick jallies and louvers etc of design & pattern as directed with plain faces, including all necessary form work etc and reinforced at 100 mm c/c both ways with and including 4mm dia MS wire and set in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of RCC Jali complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (Machine made) with hexagoanal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, 11 to 15 mm dia of neck, exc 10 cm and n exc 15 cm long complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only MS round bars of 10mm dia as in line bars conforming to Fe 290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and as directed..

S&F Galvnised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia of barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straighting bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provn of galvnised MS wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (Each line wire to be measured including dismantling old wire complete all as specified and as directed.)

All as per item 27 above but restraing and resecruing including making good staples etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel work as in posts or struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging: also fastening and fixing Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link M S galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified & as directed..

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc.1.5m in depth for foundation and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) in surface channels and drains finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mounds, mitred/stopped end etc complete all as specified and as directed..

Returning, filing in, incl spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer n.exc 25cm hard and dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of walls in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.
