Deweeding:-Prooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 60cm,removing all weeds and other growth roots by forking repeatedly breaking clods rough dressing flooding with water uprooting fresh growths after 10-15 days and then fine dressing for planting new grass including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lift. on daily basis

Earth work in excavation of foundation in ordinary soil with in 50m initial lead and 1.50m initial lift including rough dressing breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm & laying in layers not exceeding .0.3m depth and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing, supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watering and ramming with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials with all labour, T&P etc., complete.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in F&F using 40mm size bhg metal of approved quality including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalty of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect .

Cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) in F&F using 12mm size cb/hb chips of approved quality including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalty of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect.

Straightening, cutting, bending, binding tor steel rods, cranking, hooking, tying the grills & placing in proper position for R.C.C work, including cost of binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge, cost, conveyance, taxes of steel and all other materials, cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete.

R.C.C work of proportion M-20 in Plinth Bend & Column base etc. using 12 mm size hg chips of approved quality including rigid & smooth centering & shuttering, cost, conveyance, taxes, royalties of all materials, watering & curing for 28 days & cost of all labour with T&P etc. complete.
