Earthwork in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundation drains etc (not exceeding 1.5 mt in width including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms,lift up to 1.5mts & lead of 50 mts including getting out the execavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed.
Providing & laying cement concrete 1:3:6 mix using 1 cement :3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size of specificied grade excl cost of centering and shuttering .All works up to plinth level.
Reinforced cement concreate work in walls (any thinkness) pillars in 1:1.5:3 including attached pilasters,buttresses,plinth and string courses,fillets,columns,pillars,piers,abutments,posts and struts upto floor five level including finishing and reinforcementcuring but excluding cost of centering shuttering.
Reinforecement for R.C.C work including straighening,cutting,bending,placing in position and bending all complete(TMT bars) including all carriages of materials from approved source upto site of work complete job.
Centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etc and removal of form work in walls,colums pillars abettments posts and struts.
12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) sides of pillar including all carriages of materials from approved source upto site of work complete job.
Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches,plinth,sides of foundations etc in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering.
Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade on new work ( two or more coasts applied @ 3.28 litre/10Sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm.
Providing and applying /fixing departmental LOGO on the front side in painting form with stencil Wood / Steel base on all boundary pillars with writing of Geo-cordinates.
