M&L for DI pipes of 100mm bore with spigot and socket ends/flange type as required on site,in replacement of old taking up Unserviceable CI/DI Water Mains ( including fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints from trench of any type/grade including burning out of joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The contractor shall take due care while executing the work (i.e non damage of electrical cable, telephone cable, water supply pipe line etc) during execution of work if any fault / cutting occurred shall carry out repair immediately and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) During execution of work if any liaison required for laying of pipe at site, from civil Administative department, local people gram panchayat, police station etc are the sole responsiblity for contractor. The contractor shall not claim and financial liabilities on this matter on bills.

Supply, lay, testing and commissioning in replacement of ERW NB MS pipes, ISI marked grade 8 mm thick as per IS : 3589 grade 330 suitable for welded joints and flanged joints including fabricating tailor made as per site requirement including painting with two coats of anticorrosive paint complete all as specified 150 mm dia. Make : Jindal, Allied Pipes, after bailingout water from existing semi UG sump of Cap.150000 Gallons with Appx. 7 Mtr.depth at porthrapur filtration Plant and other places as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L in replacement for tyton joints of 200/350/400 mm dia using rubber gasket ISI marked suitable for spigot and socket pipes and fittings for CI / DI all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Mechanical joint of size 250/350mm bore with bolts, nuts, washers for pipe line leakages complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Mechanical joint of size 400mm bore with bolts, nuts, washers for pipe line leakages complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
