Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Supply & Fixing of 16mm thick Multicell having min. 50 microns Co-extruded UV protected on top Layer (exposed to Sun) over structural steel / MS purlin as per approved color/shade. Panels shall have width of 700 - 900mm to ensure best performance for wind uplift, vibration, oil canning and visual appearance. Polycarbonate Panel System with minimum 5 cells and 6 walls structure shall be uniform in color with an integral Tight-Cell not to exceed 4.2mm x 4.2mm with cross section., with all fixing accessories to ensure best performance for wind uplift, vibration, oil canning and visual appearance. Panels shall be manufactured with vertical standing seam at both sides of the panel. Panels shall be fixed on purlins with aluminium clips/cleat or continuous clips (Depend on site & Fixing System to be approve by Department Or Engineer in charge ) system and U- connector. Snap-on connectors to interlock the panels shall have a double grip-lock tooth locking mechanism to ensure maximum uplift capability. Whole system shall be secured with end caps, breather tapes, Aluminum U profile or F profiles having drain holes to let rain water flow out without affecting the panel system, as per the site requirements. The weight of only panel shall not be less than 3.1 kg per square meter ( Alu. Spacer/Alu. Cleat ,fastener , PC end Cap and Aluminium UPD weights are not included in the above Weight). Panels must be tested or satisfy Dart drop impact test as per IS 14443-97 shall show no sign of breakage on Polycarbonate sheets which have been exposed to UV for a min. of 500 Hours as per ASTM G 155 OR Equivalent test by any NABL Approved Labs Panels shall not have Yellowness Index as per ASTM E-313 OR Equivalent test by any NABL Approved Labs, Delta (DE) change should not be more then 5 (DE) when tested on a sample exposed to UV for 500 Hours as per ASTM G 155. The approved make product should have been installed in India at projects of minimum 1500 sq.mtrs and at least 6 to 8 years back. Approve brand should have their own manufacturing plant, with the Manufacturing experience of minimum 6 to 8 years ( For better Product Quality control & had been exposed to Indian weather for same years). (Make: Coxwell, polygal, Danpalon, Tuflite)

Dismantling of Polycarbonate roofing Sheet including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead.

Extra for Bending of circular / square / rectangular or any other MS-Section in desired shape as per drawings and direction of Engineer in Charge.

Electrical Work

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Group A

Wiring for twin control light point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, 2 way modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc .as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required.
