RMO E and M services installed at Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi. (SH Comprehensive Operation and cleaning of SPV Plant)

Comprehensive O&M of 655.49 kWp SPV Plant at KKD Court.as per CPWD Specs and O&M guidelines. 1. Cleaning of solar PV modules, Removal of dust, bird droppings and other deposits, bird nests/vermin from panels and mounting structures. 2. Inspection of all solar PV modules and mounting structures for physical damage, loose fittings or corrosion. 3. Inspection of DC/AC junction boxes and components for corrosion, water ingress or insect intrusion. 4. Inspection of DC/AC cables for cracks, loose connections, overheating, arcing, short/open circuits and earthing faults. 5. Inverter Inspection & Service Monitoring of inverter operational indicators to ensure proper power generation. Cleaning/replacement of air filters as required. 6.Recording of all maintenance activities in a logbook/work register accessible to site staff i.e. 1 Engineer and 2 Technicians for operation and minor maintenance activities, provide monthly power generation report. 7. Only consumables required for maintenance included (cleaning materials, minor electrical consumables). No replacement of major components like PV modules, inverters, switchgear, XLPE cables, etc. 8. Coordination with OEM for warranty-related issues.
