Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of centrifugal pumping set with accessories, suction & discharge 80x65mm horizontal split casing pump with CI impeller, electric motor driven not less than 15 KW/20 HP, 3 phase, 415V, 50 Hz,1450- 1500 RPM for head of suitable capacity coupled on single base channel MS frame should be able to bear vibration/shock proof, pump of discharge capacity 20-9 lps, head range greater than or equal to 60-72 M head including all accessories i.e. base MS frame, coupling, coupling guard, nut bolt washer & necessary/ required PCC (1:2:4) for new foundation incl excavation work and dismantling old foundation as per manufacturer specification. Make : Kirloskar/CG/ Havells .

Supply, lifting, lowering, commissioning & testing for submersible pump set for borewell with motor greater than or equal to 5 HP, 3 phase, 415 volt, 50 Hz AC, 55 - 65 mtr head, not less than 17 stage, 2900RPM, discharge capacity not less than 245-300 LPM , suitable for 200/250 mm dia bore well complete all as specified & directed. Make : Kirloskar or equivalent of KSB/Havells/CG .

Supply and fix Reciprocating pump chemical feeder for injecting calcium hypochlorite employing motor driven high pressure single head adjustable reciprocating chemical dosing pump (Decrin dosing pump model 96NGQ51) of capacity 2 US GPD to 40 US GPD at 100 PSI with accessories Lead tubing, connecting nuts, injection check valve, clay weight, ferrules, liquid end of dosing pump including accessories be non metalic complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix (dosing sysem ) FRP solution preparation cum settling tank hopper bottom 100 Ltrs capacity with lid, inlet/outlet /drain connection, level gauge , sludge collection facility, port hole and fitted with electric speed reducing motor and SS-316 agitator with shaft and blade in plastic -mounted on tank to maintain uniform suspension through out the tank, complete all as specified and directed. Note : - (a) Lid must have port hole for pouring calciun hypochlorite and water when necessary and provison for mounting dosing pump on the lid/wall. Note for item no 3 & 4 : Required pipe line connection from dosing pump to delivery line with ferruleing with testing and all necessary fittings will be deemed to be included in quoted rates.

S&F DOL starter suitable for 5 HP submersible pump set 3 phase, 415 volt, 5 HP/3.7 KW alongwith suitable contactor rating 20A, over load relay 8.9 to 13.5 Amp fitted on CRCA sheet box including connecting copper wire 6 sqmm single core of suitable length complete all as specified & directed. Make : Havells, HPL, Universal. Note for item No 1 to 6 : Contractor will be fully responsible to repair/replacement of centrifugal/submersible pumping set, LT Panel/starter panel/DOL starter, chemical dosing systerm, if any defect raised within the period of 2 years from the date of completion. In such cases, taking out, dismantling, refixing in exising position, lifting up, lowering down etc will be deemed in contractor scope within above quoted rates.

Supply and lay, jointing, welding, cutting galvanised iron pipe 100mm dia medium class incl all fittings such as bends of any size, elbow, tee, flanges, sockets,reducers, gasket making suitable for connection for suction and delivery of pump as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Cutting of old pipe in existing position for jointing with new or old pipeline will be deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply and lay Galvanised iron pipe heavy class 50mm dia incl all fittings such as bends, elbow, tee, flanges, sockets suitable for connection

Supply & fix foot valve confirming to IS-4038 (1986) of 100 mm (4") dia as per sample provided incl taking out old one complete all as specified and directed.

S & F, 3 core PVC insulated armoured and sheathed copper conductor cable 25 sqmm suitable for connection of 20 Hp centrifugal motor to panel complete all as specified and directed

S&F PVC insulated submersible cable water proof flat type 3 core with stranded copper conductor cable, 6 Sqmm, 1100 Volts grade inculding cable lugs/joints, connection to submersible motor and other end to aluminium amoured cable including jointing complete as directed. Make: RR cable/HPL / Havell's / Polycab etc.

M&L construction of Brick Masonry Valve Pit, one brick thick wall in cement mortar 1:4 on 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundation, rendering 15mm thick internally and externally upto 150mm below GL, providing 3.0mm thick MS Sheet Valve Pit Cover, welded with 40X5mm Flat Iron Frame alround including provision of hinges, handle and Locking arrangement including one lock and two keys and 40 x 40 x 6mm angle iron frame fixed on Top of Valve Pit by means of Holdfast 150mm long, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) Block of size 230 x 200 x 100 mm, applying two coats of Anti-corrosive Paint over a coat of red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer after preparation of all exposed to Steel Surfaces including necessary Earth Work in Soft/Loose Soil and demolition of old unserviceable Valve Pit of size 900 x 900 x 900 mm (Internal Dimension) complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 25 x 4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion

M&L Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required galvanised iron earth strip 25 x 4mm
