TTPS Mech II AHP Reconditioning of wornout Clinker Grinder assembly with modified Rollers for stage I II Bottom Ash Hopper

Charges for dismantling the wornout complete assembly such as roller shaft, bearings, bearing housing, shaft seal housing, gland covers, wear plates and rollers bodies, etc., including hire charges for T&P and consumables etc.,

Charges for rebuilding the faces of grinding teeth 48 nos. to the specified dimension by using Eutectic-400 surface welding electrode and hard facing the teeth by using chromo card -6006 hard face welding electrodes and grinding the teeth for smooth finishing & the profile checking, including the cost of T&P hire, transportation, consumables etc.,

Charges for reconditioning the holes in the shaft seal housing to facilitate to provide water nipple and providing and fixing the new sleeves, water thrower & spacer, bearing on both ends of the housing, etc., including cost of all consumables, cost of SS 316 gr. Bushes, T&P hire, transportation etc.,

Charges for renewing the wornout shaft with newly fabricated shaft in the grinder roller and balancing the roller assembly including all charges such as cost of EN8 shaft (size:dia 110 mm, length – 2.6m) and shaft sleeve SS-2 nos.(size : OD- 119 mm, ID-102 mm, length-384 mm, thick – 8.5mm), machining, transporting , T&P hire charges and consumables.

Charges for reconditioning of clinker grinder glands by cutting, machining, boring holes, welding etc., including cost of cutting gas, welding rod, T&P etc.,

Machining charges for making key way 3 nos. to the required dimensions by milling operation, 3 nos. suitable keys (SS 316 gr.) including cost of material T&P hire charges etc.,

Charges for assembling the clinker grinder with the new spares and providing the clearance for free rotation of the roller and taping all threaded holes and assembling the gland with clearance & completion of assembly including cost of the required consumables like MS bolts & Nuts, of various sizes -30 kg, M 16 x 125 SS bolt with nut and washer 8 nos, gland ropes-size 19mm, gland followers, rubberized asbestos gasket ( 5 mm thick) and all T&P hire, machining and transportation charges etc., including cost of material like bearing – 22222EK with sleeve H 322 - 4 nos.(make SKF), Flanged bearing housing – 4 nos, spacer SS 316gr – 4 nos, water thrower (neoprene rubber) – 4 nos., latern ring (bronze) – nos. etc., complete.
