Plain cement concrete Using 1:3:6 mix ( One cement , three Sand and six aggregates) using 40 mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing, laying,consolidating and curing etc complete as per the standard specifications. Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using (One cement and five sand) using best quality of III class Country bricks of size (8 3/4"x4 1/4"x 2 3/4") for foundation including curing cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29 m height for plain surface as RCC slabs, rectangular tee (or) elbeams, lintel, bed block stair case waist slab, landing slab, etc., complete as per standard specification - 10m2 as per TNDSS & Morth specification No:30 & 36

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of mild steel or TMT rods, including cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges for cutting, bending, tying and placing in position etc, complete as per SS. TNDSS NO: 97 V,VI (S6) VII (S6) VII-3

Reinforced cement concrete 1:11/2:3 (one cement one and half sand and three aggregate) using 20mm size I.S.S. metal including cost conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges etc., mixing laying consolidating curring etc., but excluding cost of steel etc., complete as per standard specification as per TNDSS NO: 30 V,VI (S3) VII-3

Thorough scrapping of old plastered surface

Plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement Four sand) using 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc, complete as per standard specification. [MoRTH Specification: Clause:1000/1300]

Plastering in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement three sand) using 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc, complete as per standard specification. [MoRTH Specification: Clause:1000/1300]

Supply and fixing of mild steel grill works for doors, windows etc including redoxide priming coat and cost of materials and all labour charges etc. complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion paint of approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt, etc. complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required including cost and conveyance of all materials etc. and all labour charge etc. complete

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15cm blue gun posts or casurina props or best quality bamboo posts at 4m overall length, the distance between two rows being 1.25m and the spacing of posts 2m in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5moverlap on either side and braces at 2m c/c including longitudinaland traverse middlebraces to stepup as providing platform withcountry wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc in a complete of height 10.5m
