Paving the floor with best approved quality leather finished Granite Stone Slabs Jet Black of 1200mm x 600mm with a thickness of 16-18mm with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with matching colouring pigments etc., complete complying with standard speicification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work)

Providing Polymer Coating (Water Proof Coating) for sunken Portion of toilet with following specification and the surface shall be cleaned to remove all dust, foreign, matters lose materials or any other deposits of contamination by rubbing with wire brush. Slurry: Dry blend and polymer liquid blend shall be mixed into the desired ratio as per recommendation of the supplier. The mix shall be stirred throughly until no bubbles remain in the mix. Any lumps found in mix shall be removed. Apply first coat of polymer modified cementitious slurry by brush on wet cleaned surface. After drying, second coat shall be applied on the first coat as directed by the departmental officers etc. The rate inclusive of cost of materials and labour, etc., complete.
Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes of 110mm dia having a pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessary PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. Providing and fixing Acoustic Wall Panelling in channelled wood works perforated panels of width 192mm, thickness of 15mm and length of 2400mm or as per required by the Departmental Engineer made of a high density fibre board with minimum 725 kg./m3 density substrate with a laminated facing as per the approved shade and finish and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side. The boards shall have a special peforation pattern where the visible surface has a Helmholtz fluted perforation of 3mm width and 21mm of visible panel each. The edges of the panels shall be tongue-and-grooved to receive special clips for installation. The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbing non woven acoustical fleese having NRC of 0.52. The panels shall be mounted on special aluminium splines using clips provided by Armstrong and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: 1. The control panel should be complete with necessary fuses, cables, labels, other accessories with neutral isolation arrangements. 2. The engine should trip for the following conditions. a) Low lubricating oil pressure, b) High water temperature, c) Over speed. 4) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Acoustic enclosure shall be powder coated and fabricated out of 16SWG CRCA MS sheet. The silent canopy shall be nut bolt type construction. Critical processes of punching are done on CNC machine to maintain dimensional accuracy of hole within 0.1mm powder coating done after seven-tank surface preparation process of sheet metal. Canopy panel and door shall have inside lining of FIRE-RETARDANT 64kg/m density mineral wool of 100mm thickness as acoustic material. Four hinged doors shall be provided to canopy. The maximum permissible sound pressure level should be as per the norms prescribed by the Central Pollution Control Board / State Pollution Control Board / Competent Authority concerened or should be less than 75 db(A) at 1 meter from the enclosure surface whichever is advantageous to the department. The emergency stop should be available on the enclosure panel.The enclosure provided shall be duly approved by the Engine Manufacturer of the Engine provided for Diesel Generator Set mounted inside and should be to the satisfaction of inspection / testing authority
SURFACE TREATMENT – PAINTING The enclosure shall be suitably treated for degreasing, de-rusting and phosphating. The canopies are passed through seven-tank treatment thoroughly. ADDITIONAL FEATURES OF CANOPIES Canopy fabricated on CNC machines with dimensional accuracy of 0.1mm so as to increase its durability. Special designed supporting rips/structures are used in canopies so as to give sturdiness and to reduce the vibrations of the DG sets if any. WORLD CLASS COOLING PACKAGE: Canopies shall have cooling package for which it can perform at 45 deg C / ambient temperature. No grounding required on the ground, only a level surface capable of withstanding the DG weight. Lifting hooks shall be provided for the acoustic enclosure, which should be unloaded independently of the DG set. The Genset frame shall also be provided with hooks for unloading. Temperature rise inside the canopy: Canopies shall be designed so as to maintain the temperature difference between ambient and air inlet at cleaner within the enclosure well within 5-7 deg centigrade.
5) Base Frame : Base frame should be fabricated in sheet metal. The base frame is rugged in construction and designed for mounting engine and brushless alternator closely coupled, with cross members mounted on AVM. 6) Fuel Tank : Removable Fuel tank of atleast 850 Ltrs capacity shall be fabricated out of 14 SWG CRCA MS sheet and is part of base frame. It is duly painted and fitted with inlet and outlet connections and mechanical fuel gauge. First charging of fuel oil to full capacity and first charging of battery while handing over to department. Also supply of fuel oil to run the Genset for minimum 8hours on load or by using rheostat. 7) Battery : 2No. 12V 180 AH battery 8) Tools: Supply of tools like: 15" cutting plier- 1No, Serew driver 9"X6" - 2 Nos, DE spaners ( 6 Nos) - 1set, Adjustable spanner - 1No, ½ 16 Hammer - 1 No, Spanner for removing engine oil plug-1no, Line Tester-1No for the maintenance and operation of Generator set.
