Bidder shall be a regular manufacturer/authorized dealer/Agency having proven experiences in the field of manufacture/repairs of oil to water heat exchangers to power utilities/reputed organizations. In proof of the above, copy of Work Order & corresponding work Completion certificate for at least one single order for similar type of works with the contract value not less than Rs.4.34Lakhs should be furnished

Statutory/ Other Requirements: Bidder shall have GST registration certificate, PF registration certificate and IT PAN. In proof copies of GST registration certificate, PF registration certificate and IT PAN issued from competent authority shall be furnished. Bidder shall submit PF declaration duly notarized in Rs.100 stamp paper if the firm does not have independent PF

The Bidders in the last five financial years (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) should have achieved in any two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.8.68Lakhs. In proof, Annual Report/turn over certificates duly certified by chartered accountant shall be furnished

The bid of the bidders whose contracts have been terminated/ foreclosed in KPCL or elsewhere during last three (03) years and also who do not meet the above Pre-Qualifying requirement will be rejected. Scanned copy of duly signed Self declaration as per the prescribed format shall be uploaded by the bidder in e-portal. (Format-II)

The bidder shall duly fill and sign the Form of Bid as in the tender document and the scanned copy of the same shall be uploaded by the bidder in e-portal (Format-I).
