Fabrication and manufacturing of solid precast concrete element with provisions of shear keys, connecting loops, dowel tubes and proper lifting accessories for walls, beams, slabs, stairs, column etc, of various thickness, shape and size of different concrete grades manufactured in controlled factory environment with approved methodology including moulds (Pallet system, Tilts form, table moulds, battery moulds, vertical moulds, beam moulds, column moulds, staircase moulds,Facade mould, etc.), mixing, transporting and placing of concrete, vibrating, curing, finishing, making necessary cutout/holes of required sizes for services, yard handling & stacking all complete as per IS 11447:1985 and as per approved shop drawings and design mix as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Cost of reinforcement, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing inserts will be paid separately). Concrete grade M-25 (Cement content 330 kgs) Boundary Wall Panels to have AAI Logo engraved with 12 mm thickness as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately). All works upto plinth level

Providing & Grouting of dowel tubes / Shear keys / Joints of precast members with M-60 grade cementitious grout (Non Shrink) of approved make by suitable means (Free flowing / pump), curing etc. Complete as per directions of Engineer-incharge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.) Stirrer mixed cementitious grout (non shrink) of approved make in dowel tubes / Shear keys / Joints of precast members.

Transportation of Precast Elements by flat bed Trailor (Double /Triple axle 40ft Length with proper accessories like A frame etc) from factory, including the cost of loading , unloading & stacking at site with the help of required capacity cranes. Distance Considered 50 km lead Lead within 15km

Add/Deduct over item 26.76.1 for every additional lead of 5 km

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Supplying and filling moorum/good earth satisfying density requirement as per MoRTH specifications obtained from approved quarry in embankment or depressions in layers not exceeding 20cm(loose) in depth(or any thickness as approved by the Engineer-In-Charge in case vibratory roller is used) including breaking clods,watering,consolidating each layer with power road roller 8-10 tonnes weight or vibratory roller of adequate capacity under optimum moisture content condition to achieve compaction as specified in MoRTH specifications of the maximum modified standard proctor density complete including leveling fine dressing to the required grade, camber and slope complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with all leads and lifts(The item includes cost of work, payment of necessary royalty, carriage of moorum upto work site for all leads and lifts involved from all sources acquired or arranged by the contractor payment to be made for compacted quantity only)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth,consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Carriage of Materials By Mechanical Transport including loading , unloading and stacking: Excavated rock (Lead considered 5 K.M) excluding intial 50m lead

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘U’ shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with .I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per section of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Conducting topogrphical survey using GPS based survey equipment (DGPS, Total station, auto levelsetc) inside the land acquired for development of Madurai airport covering areas and taking spot levels in 5M X 5M grid (Closer grids may be adopted in locations where abrupt/ sudden level differences are observed) and submission of contour maps with a contour interval of 0.5m. The survey data should include the locations and all geographical details of various structures and other existing infrastructure like buildings, walls, roads, rock boulders, huts, watch towers, canals, wells, drains, electric poles, pathways, ditches, abrupt level differenes in the form of depressions or mounts, trees with numbering, embankment including pitching, horizontial and vertical fences and other relevant structures/ features. The survey data should also include geographical details of water bodies (2 Nos of water bodies available in the land acquired of approx. size of 80 acres), its extend, depth, levels etc). ii) Submission of 3 (three) sets of Topographical plan and contour map in size not less than A0 with all spot levels in the scale of 1:1000 showing all topographical features along with the original data (soft copy CAD and GPS data file in compact disc). Note: The data collected from the execuetion of item No:2 should be incorporated in the contour map submitted and nothing extra will be paid in this regard.

Design, Supply, Installation, Erecting, manufacturing, inspection, testing, commissioning, packing, loading, transportation and unloading of K4 Crash Rated Sliding Gate( Minimum size -7.2 m X 2.5 m )(Motorized Telescopic Sliding Gate). Complete wiring from Guard room/porta cabin including required panel, cable, switchgears as required for successful commissioning of system shall be inclusive in the scope for which nothing shall be paid extra. Motorized Telescopic Sliding Gate, shall be installed as per Direction of EIC for Vehicle Entry and same shall be designed to match with approach road alongwith shoulder width.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
