Providing, fitting and fixing of false ceiling with 12 mm thick gypsum board, Aluminium anodised T Section No. 3215 with 2'-0" centre to centre, L section No. 1705 up to 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and PVC plug and the Aluminium grid 2'-0" x 2'-0" suspended from ceiling etc. complete. (Data for 14'-6" x 14'-6" = 210.25 sft or 19.53 sqm)

Brick work with FLY ASH bricks inC.M(1:6) in Super structure of First Floor

Fitting vitrified tiles in floors,treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar(1:1) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pig ments including cost of tiles

Fitting vitrified tiles in dadoes skirting and riser of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster(1:3) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles including rubbing &polishing complete including cost of tiles

Supplying and fixing of MS window grill and grill gate including cost of fabrication and cost, conveyance, taxes etc. complete.

Supplying, fitting, fixing up window (sliding type) made up aluminum Section 151-154, 151-155, as windows frame section No. 151- 155, 151-153 and 151-167 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of materials all taxes labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

Hoisting joists and trusses with M.S Angle and placing in position.

Supply fitting and fixing of 0.40mm GCI. Sheet in in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys wind ties etc. including cost of fitting as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

Priming one coat with any approved red oxide over iron work

Painting two coats with any approved enamel paint per 1 Sqm.

Internal Electrification

Recessed wiring to light point / fan point / exhaust fan point / call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated single core multistrand copper conductor of ISI marked with 20 mm dia non-metalic PVC flexible conduit with 5 Amp, 250 V modular type switch ISI marked and ceiling rose ISI marked mounted on MS box having front modular cover of suitable size , MS modular box with 1.0 sq.mm FR PVC insulated single core multistrand copper conductor as earth wire including all accesories and connection as per direction of Engineer in Charge. ( Make of wire Finolex / L&T / Anchor / Havels / V Guard )

Supplying and fixing of 5/6 amp one way modular type switch on existing switch box/cover including connections etc as required.

Supplying and fixing of 5 pin 5/6 amp socket outlet modular type on existing switch box/cover including connections etc as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan ( 48" decorative), including wiring the down rods of standard length (up to 30 cm) etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of stepped type modular fan regulator, in existing switch box including connection with 1.5 sq. mm FR PVC insulated single core multistrand copper conductor, earthing the regulator as required.

Installation,TestingandCommissioning of pre-wired fluorescent fiiting /compact fluorescent fitting of all sizes complete with all accessories and tube etc. directly on ceiling wall, including connection with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated single core multistrand copper conductor and earthing as required.

Supplying and fixing of 25 mm PVC conduit along with accessories in recessed wiring including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing of 3 pin, 5 amp ceiling rose ISI marked on the existing junction box / wooden block including connection etc. as required
