DESCRIPTION OF WORK :-

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer Incharge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches by Hydraulic excavator/manual means. Cement Concrete in 1 : 4 : 8 (One Cement, Four coarse sand & eight graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete, including cost of form work in foundation. SI.No. 275(a)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation-100 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) As Per SOR Ch 6 Sr No. 1(6.1.1)

M-100 Brick work in 1:4 (One cement & Four Coarse sand) mortar in superstructure l/c all material labour T&P etc. complete. DSR Sp No. 6.4.1 Ch. 6

12 mm cement plaster on brick work with cement mortar of mix (upto 10 mtr height from Ground level) (II) 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Coarse sand) As Per SOR Sr.No. 1 SI No. 584

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. Including cost of all material, Labour, T&P etc. complete required for proper completion of the work. As Per Sor Ch. 15 Sr.No. 6

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint (Apex) of required shade: New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) SI.No. 21 Chap 15

Providing and fixing angle/Tee iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Angle sections of size 35×35×5 mm, joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35×35×5 mm or 35×5 mm flat pieces to the existing T-iron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge.
