Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with sizes-600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately).

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing glazing With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm) in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

Providing and fixing in place a full height storage cabinet 450 mm deep made with 19 mm thick ISI marked ply borad, all interior surfaces to finished with pasting of 0.8 mm thick mica and all exterior surfaces to be finshed with pasting of 1 mm thick mica of texture and colour as approved by Engineer in Charge including all labour, T&P, other items like (but not limited to) fevicol, nails screws, higes, sliders,door handles, multipurpose lock of godrej or equivalent rate etc. required for proper completion of works, to be measured interms of front area only.

Replacing existing old damage Tile and Fixing New false ceiling with 12mm thick Arm strong soft mineral fibre type ceiling With required hanger Including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of work.

Providing ,making & fixing wall panneling as per drawing from seasoned wood of MIRINDI frame of 2.5"X2.5" size placed horizontally and vertically both way @ 2 ' c/c. the frame work fitted in floor with the help of nails ,screw then frame work to be covered with 12 mm thick plywood from the help of fevicol,nails and screw. then making grooves with 6mm MDF Ply with the help of fevicol,nails and screw. The final surface to be finished with 1mm thick laminate and grooves to polished as per design.. as per requirement and direction of Engineer I/C including cost of all material, labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of work.

Providing ,making & fixing full height wooden partitions as per drawing from seasoned wood of MIRINDI frame of 2.5"X2.5" size placed horizontally and vertically both way @ 2 ' c/c. the frame work fitted in floor with the help of nails ,screw then frame work to be covered with 12 mm thick plywood from both side with the help of fevicol,nails and screw. then making grooves with 6mm MDF Ply with the help of fevicol,nails and screw. The final surface to be finished with 1mm thick laminate on both sides and grooves to r polished as per design.. as per requirement and direction of Engineer I/C including cost of all material, labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of work.

Providing & Making & Fixing of Wall Panneling as per drawing frame work to be covered with 12 mm thick plywood from the help of fevicol,nails and screw. then making grooves with 6mm MDF Ply with the help of fevicol,nails and screw. Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross band and face veneers on both faces of shutters.35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws .

The Unit shall be measered by length x breadth of worktop and 0.76 mtr hight. The Entire Above Unit Shall be Fabricatrd with 19 mm Block Board Superior Quality Swastik Made all Extirior surface with approved Quality 1 mm sunmica laminate and intirior faces finished with 10x20 mm thick sprit polish teak wood beading.t.One no drawer nd one flap door fabricated with the help of 19 mm block board Swastik Block board /green or equivalen The cup-board shall have lockable magnet door fabricated with 19mm block board fixed to cup-board with magnet and having in handle The main table rack shall be approved matel handle and necessery m.p lock. all drawrs shall be provided with approved qaulity slider machnism. The foot board shall be also provided in above three peace .The work include cost of all labour,material T&P required for proper completion of work.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

Repairs to plaster With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand) of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) .

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone Polished Granite stone slab colour of Black, Cherry/Ruby Red or equivalent flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes,20 mm nominal dia Pipes having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
