M&L for preparation of old decorted plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls of any description by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distemper and painted surfaces and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted by roller complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1.00 mentioned here in before but on ceiling surfaces..

Taking down cement plaster from brick/concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, in two layers (1st layer 10 mm thick rendering coat and 2nd layer 5 mm thick finishing coat) on brick work or concrete surfaces, second layer (finishing coat) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml / 50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surfaces even and smooth complete.

Supply only water proofing compound (liquid), ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying 2mm thick Birla / JK Putty in two layers on old wall surfaces including complete removal of existing wall finish of any type with wire brush, brooming, dusting and finally washing with water to clean the surface absolutely free from any kind of foreign materials and making good minor cracks etc. and surfaces absolutely even and smooth, rubbing with sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & concrete and applying 2 mm thick wall care putty including preparation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new/old plastered surface of wall applying two coats of oil bound distemper on wall or concrete over a coat of primer on prepared surfaces including, rubbing with sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coat of white washing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered/ unplastered surfaces of walls of any description by washing, rubbing down and applying one coat of cement base paint complete as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered/ unplastered surfaces of walls/Chhajja of any description by washing, rubbing down and applying two coat of cement base paint complete as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered/ unplastered surfaces of external walls of any description by washing, rubbing down and applying two coats of weather coat paint complete as specified and directed.

Cleaning, removing all scale, dust, dirt and elgy using wire/jute brush from inside of RCC/PVC tanks and connected pipe removing to a distance of not less than 250mtrs, washing the tank/pipe with bleaching power solution and finally applying 2% potassium permangnate solution for disinfection, including marking with black paint on white base on tank "Tank cleaned on ____ Dt_____". Capacity 500 Ltrs all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 22.00 above but capacity 1000 litres.

S&F 20 mm ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball srewed for iron pipe and fixed (minium weight 20mm-210) gms complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cover for 500 litre to 1000 litre capacity PVC water tank complete all as specified and directed.
