Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed

M&L Granite 20 mm thick(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking plateforms and like including pointing in white cement(1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & incl 20 mm thick screed bed built in CM 1:4 all as specified

M&L Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edges, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations for bullnosing / moulding to exposed edges( any type) and polishing to match the adjoining surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M & L 20 - 25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab in flooring or treads of steps over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab/rubbing, polishing etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The size of Kota stone slab shall not less than 550 mm x 550 mm cut size, except the location where the balance portion remain less than size as specified above.

All as per item No 4 above but as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and vertical surfaces including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in mass concrete, foundation and any other location etc. and including demolition of PCC, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L machine pressed precast concrete 60 mm thick glossy interlocking paver block M-35 Grade to IS 15658-2006, with grey cement and no pigment laid over dry sand cushioning, filling of joints with sand , complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately) .

M & L sand filling under floors or interlocking tile or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stones bed plates, etc and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary use and waste of form work complete.

Dismanling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

M & L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm , in floors etc.set jointed in neat cement sluury and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & incl 15 mm thick screed bed built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 14 above but in vertical surface including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Endura vitrified ceramic tiles any shade 09 to 10mm thick polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete, design approved by GE, all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles on vertical surfaces 450x350x7 mm / 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick backing coat to receiving to wall tiles in Cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L chequrred Cement concretetiles 20cm x 20cm x 20mm thick,/25CmX25CmX22mm thick machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with colour pigment in floors, and cut and polished and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets all as specified and directed.

Note:- Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) mixed with integral water proofing chemical compound PIDIPROOF LW of DR FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD or STP No 1 (liquid) of STP Ltd @ 200 mililitre per 50 Kg cement as per manufacturers instructions over concrete surface and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified.Note:- Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.Make:- SUPER LATEX or DR. FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD and PIDIPROOF LW of DR FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD or equivalent make as approved by GE.

(ii) Applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.30 Kg / Sqm (iii) Laying 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane with 100 mm over laps sealed and bounded to the surfaces by 'torchon' method. S & F in repair vitreous china squatting pan “CASCADE PATERN” (ONE PIECE SET) (Including flushing cistern and flush pipe, seat cover) including connection to trap and to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe etc and making good to floor complete.

S&F 15 mm dia bore fancy type chromium plated pillar tap, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, screwed down high pressure with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC connection pipe 15 mm dia 600 long with PTMT nut at both ends complete.

M & L for reparing of RCC projection, chajjas,roofs,facia, colum etc by necessary preparation i.e scrapping ,cutting,chiseling,derusting and cleaning exposed reinforecement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1: 1-1/2: 3) using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and reinforeced with welded mesh of weight exc 2Kg per sqm but n.exc 3Kg/sqm with or without facia and finished exc 5sqm each and thickness of RCC using coarse sand in patches area not each and thickness of RCC member n.exc 70mm at any height, complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Cost of formwork and welded mesh shall be deemed to be included.
