M & L for providing and fixing Gypsum boards 9 mm thick PVC film on the face side and other side metalised polyster flim as in ceilings fixed with screws as per manufacturers instructions including anodised aluminium powder coated snap grid frame work of size 605 x 605 mm with anodised aluminium channel supports/ angles/ 'T' (Main tee 35 x 25 x 1.5 mm, cross tee 25 x 25 x 1.4 mm and wall angle 32 x 32 x 2 mm) fixed with screws/ plugs etc including GI suspenders of 4 mm dia upto 1200 mm length adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size as per approved pattern and design complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 8mm thick teak wood finish laminated wooden flooring interlocked with each others and its size as directed,over 6 micron polyethylene sheeting over the concrete to minimize moisture migration from the concrete including demolition complete all as specified and directed ..

S&F 2nd class soft wood clean sawn as in scantling fixed with nails including dismantling.

M&L 6mm (5 ply) thick veneered decorative plywood, grade 1 (with BWR resin) with decorative face veneers on one face, fixed with nails to timber frame work, including dismantlng complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F fabricate & fix in position anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron of approved colour) door shutter with frame, partly glazed with 5mm thick tinted glass and partly panelled with 12mm thick prelaminated particle board with both side decorative laminated including rubber bead joining cleat for fixing in position, aluminium door handle 150mm size, aluminium barrel tower bolt 200mm size, including hydrolic door closer all as specified and directed.
